Great LocationPosted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: Probably built in the 1970's it is clean and the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Staff are very good and helpful.
Cons: 1. Tea / coffee making facility in the room would have been nice 2. Hotel WiFi was a bit iffy; needs an upgrade to keep pace with modern lifestyles
Location: Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri all close by
This hotel is about 20 minutes away from Sorrento but there is an hourly free courtesy bus. Hence you can either enjoy the relative calm of the hotel or venture into town for a buzz. The hotel itself is pitched on the side of a cliff and has steps down to its own private cove which is great. Food and rooms are all good and paying for a sea view is definitely worth it (view across to Capri). It probably wouldn't appeal to the 18-30's but that was the appeal to us!

Incredible setting and service!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Fantastic! Great sunsets and amazing food. The half board service was superb as the staff are friendly and charismatic and each evening had a new menu.

Great pool and private sea accessPosted Jul 19, 2015
Five nights with family. Far enough away from Sorrento for a tranquil holiday, but free shuttle into town allowed us to visit occasionally. Great service from restaurant staff, especially Rafaele, who was superb. Private access to sea made for a lovely Med experience. Room was clean but basic--the view made up for it though!

Great hotel on the cliffs with stunning viewsPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: The views from the rooms are amazing and to die for!! The reception staff are great and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean
Cons: Could have done with a comfy chair in the room....its tiresome sitting on the bed to do things. WIFI service is sporadic every da
Location: location is very rural and you cannot walk anywhere nearby as the roads are dangerous. You must get the shuttle bus every time you wish to go out.
Great views over to the island of Capri, this hotel does tick the boxes for the view. Lots of steps everywhere to the pool and cliffside restaurant and sea so not suitable for anyone who isn't fit! The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff all speak English really well. Reception staff are very helpful and were able to recommend good eateries away from the Touristy throng so you can sample the real deal. Poolside is good and the bar offers lots of drinks, sometimes we found 1 staff member rather rude but the rest were good. Rooms are v clean and this is maintained every day. The key thing is they have Air conditioning and blinds externally to pull down which is essential in the heat. Breakfast is good, we were B and B so didn't eat in hotel we prefer to go out each night. Lots of Ants were on the balcony every day and although they treated them there was no improvement so we didn't use the balcony because of this. The shuttle bus was not available every hour as we had been led to believe but was every 3 hours in the evening which was rather poor. Poolside was good and the fresh seawater in the pool is great. We came back from Sorrento one afternoon at 4pm and wanted a swim however when we went to the bar to collect fresh towels we were told there were none left. This was v annoying as we could not dry off or use a sun lounger because of this. Also we were rather disappointed that you do not get a fresh pool towel each day, its every 2 days!!

Gorgeous viewsPosted Jun 28, 2015 on Hotels
Our stay here in June was not long enough. The views over Capri from the room were spectacular and it was lovely to just sit on the balcony with a drink. Dinner and breakfast was good with fantastic service. The hotel is situated in a great, quite location but just a word of warning to anyone self driving, the drive through Sorrento to get there is a little hair raising and there were not a lot of parks available when we arrived. Would definitely go back again if we ever went back to the area.

Simply Amazing!!Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Staff, View, Pool, Food, everything!
Cons: Wi-Fi !!!!! Better connection needed.
Location: Location was tricky especially when you get into Sorrento from Naples Airport. Sorrento town, shopping was great and off course you can go to Capri.
Best Hotel, view, staff that I have seen or had the pleasure staying within. Truly an amazing place that will stay in our minds and hearts for a long time!

Erholende TagePosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Ruhig, gehobenes Publikum.
