This hotel was a pleasant surprise, great location, close to transportation , a lot of restaurants and shopping, clean, nice breakfast, staff was great. Stayed an extra night.

Centrally located Sorrento hotel near restaurants and tours, and walkable to all the shopping. Modern and well appointed hotel with a sumptuous breakfast of delicious foods. Roof top pool with beautiful views.

Accessibility was excellent from the train station and handicap accessible at the plaza itself. Reception staff extended a warm welcome and were very helpful with any questions. Breakfast fare was delicious and abundant.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Sorrento. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the first floor so it was a little dark and hadn’t got the greatest view but was nice and quiet. Rooftop bar and pool were great with fantastic views. All the staff were so friendly. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast and my husband also enjoyed a couple of sessions in the gym. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. My son really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It isn’t huge, but we happened to be there when it wasn’t busy, so he had plenty of room to enjoy the pool. The view from the roof was fabulous. It is a short walk to the train station. There is plenty to walk to-shops, gelato, and restaurants.

Perfect place to stay!! Everyone was wonderful! Breakfast was great, roof top bar was fabulous. House keeping cleaned daily & always had fresh towels. Would highly recommend.

Our third stay at Hotel Plaza and as always it was fantastic. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. The rooftop pool with views and the location is the main draw. Will definitely be going back!

Thin walls where you can here the entire floor talking in their rooms, smelly room that did not go away even when opening windows, small room and extremely low water pressure!!

This was our second stay at The Plaza. The hotel's public areas are comfortable, clean and very nice. Breakfast was tasty and fresh with excellent service from the staff. To make your stay the best it can be ask for a room with a balcony. We had one on our first visit and it does add an extra amenity. We didnt have one for our second visit and our stay was poorer for that. We stayed in April and the pool area was open but the pool itself was freezing and unusable. That said the roof top pool area and sky bar with its stunning view across to Vesuvius is undeniably a huge plus for this hotel. The location is less than a minute's walk from the central piazza so a brilliant location. All in all fabulous and well worth choosing for your stay in Sorrento.

LOVED everything about this hotel - the Staff, the breakfast in the morning had great selections, the whole hotel is modern and updated, the location is perfect and walking distance to the train and bus station, the room was clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Sorrento.

This is a perfect hotel to stay in Sorrento. The location cannot be better. 100yards to the main square. Everything about the hotel is perfect. The only negative is if you want an omelette / poach eggs or a fried egg they charge you extra on top of your breakfast .

AGem in the Center of Sorrento
What a find ! Intimate hotel with Lobby Bar -ask for Carlo the man knows his bitters! Reception team too servixe , breakfasts with huge assortment and free flowing Prosecco . The rooms were spacious and immaculate . I was so pleasantly surprised, Will 100% return on our next trip to Sorrento .

Great location and friendly staff
Positive: The staff is super friendly. The hotel looks modern and the breakfast is good. It is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and other things. They offer you the option to choose your type of pillow which is nice. Con: The room was not comfortable. It was small and not well designed. The bathroom does not have a connection for my hair iron for example.

The hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to anything Sorrento. The staff was helpful and friendly. The sky bar was amazing. If I had a complaint it would be that the rooms could be a little larger

Great location close to the train and all sites in Sorrento. There was a small water leak in our room and they dealt with it quickly and let us use another room while they completed repairs. The included breakfast is an excellent value, with a wide range of options including house-made pastries and marmalade.

Only 10 minutes walk from the train station. I like modern and clean atmosphere. I booked two rooms for my family. one of the room has some issues but THANKs to Expedia and hotel staffs. They were kind enough to upgrade the room. Breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed staying at Plaza.

Solid 4 star hotel
3 nights, the room had a weird smell maybe from the AC but otherwise was clean and service generally good. Rooftop was nice and pool nice but not much space Breakfast is prettty good as well
