There was no hot water for more than a day. The person at the front desk kept saying it will be restored in a couple hours but was not the case.

Dear customer As she knew the failure of the hot water production system was affected by a blackout that hit the Sorrento Peninsula. We have worked unabated with our workers to resolve it as soon as possible. It is a phenomenon that is not ours, so I'm sorry you attribute it to a disservice. If we had other solutions to not make this discomfort live we would have put it into practice. We paid a team of private workers rather than waiting for resolution from the city. As we can not foresee and avoid the rain in this case it was not possible to foresee and avoid this little problem. To make us forgive, as you know, we left a small gift in our room to apologize and to make it understand our goodwill. See you soon

When we arrived the hotel was fully booked. We were given a standard room below the reception area. The window opened into a closed-in air conditioning corridor with a view of the wall. The bed in this room was also uncomfortable. We asked to upgrade our room and the following day the staff was able to provide us a new room overlooking the Main Street with a Juliet balcony. It was a much better improvement and the staff seemed very concerned for our well being. We really appreciated the care and time the staff took to make us feel comfortable on our 2 night stay. Thank you!

Love sorrento! This place is great! The bed was a little on the hard side. Service was great!.

The breakfast is great, location is great, rooms are a bit small which is okay. The main issue was the air conditioner was not working. We told the front desk but they did not try to change us to new room or fix it, so it was very hot. We had to sleep with the windows open

Vi är mycket glada över att vår frukost var att hans tycke, lägger vi all vår kärlek att få människor att känna sig hemma våra gäster. för luftkonditionering ledsen fanns en svårighet, men vi kontrollerat och allt fungerade bra. Tyvärr var det inte möjligt att ändra rum eftersom hotellet var fullbokade . Vi hoppas att få det tillbaka till oss igen och låt henne att hitta en glacial luftkonditioneringssystem . ;-)

Great location

Booking the Hotel Del Corso was an excellent choice. The location is really brilliant in the centre, close to the main square and a short stroll to the train station.The room was small but then that didn't bother us-we were only sleeping there and it had a decent spotless shower. I was also delighted that although being so central it had a peaceful feel about it - we weren't bothered by any street noise and the breakfast terrace was lovely.The staff were really sweet and welcoming and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The housekeepers are dedicated to cleaning the rooms, especially the bathrooms. Our showers have crystal doors to show how much they commit themselves to cleaning. Good morning thank you. We use your suggestion to improve our rooms. This year we changed all beds to great beds with high spring and late mattresses to sleep as kids and make dreams of gold.
