Dear Guest, Thanks a lot for your review! Yes, as you wrote, Hotel Rivoli is in the very heart of Sorrento. As for what concerns car access, we have an agreement with a parking garage (kept under sourveillance 24/24) that assures to our guests a car vallet service available from 8am to 8.30pm at a very reasonable price. We are glad that you like our friendly and helpfull staff, as well our central location in the heart of Sorrento and easy to points of interest. In almost of hotels, air conditioning is centralized. April is still a cold month in Italy and changing the system from hot to cold we would have satisfied you but deprived all the other guests.
