Worst in SorrentoPosted Oct 26, 2017
Reception looks good , then they take you next door to a block of bedsits where they own a few. You have to pay to use the lift which is accessed by getting up a flight of stairs and in the room you can hear everything next door including the bathroom. Bed uncomfortable,tv didn’t work, no kettle etc in the room, no service. Been going to Sorrento for ten years, have a lot of friends there, this place let them down.

Not a great hotel. Near train stationPosted Oct 19, 2017
Pros: Location was great for the train and bus station. And it was cheap.
Cons: Staff attitude, room cleanliness.
Location: Near the train and bus station. A little further away from the center, which was OK.
Our experience was somewhat different to everyone's here....Apart from Sarah (who was lovely) the staff were rude, abrasive and unhelpful. The room wasn't terribly clean - especially the bathroom, and there was a foul, sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every thing going on in the room next door and the neighbors above. The hotel rooms are actually located in a residential apartment building. The hotel is essentially made up of 2 separate apartments, with each apartment split into separate hotel rooms. The reception is in a different building next door. Oh, and the elevator is old and rickety, and you have to pay to ride in it each time (5c).
Okay but very basicPosted Oct 3, 2017 on Hotels
I wouldn't stay here again.. I thought it was quite expensive for what it was. Was clean but very tired. Breakfast and staff were both great.. just disappointed in the room.

Bathroom shabbyPosted Sep 28, 2017
Close to central amenities but difficult to find from bus/train station as roads loop under each other. Friendly staff. Room in flats in next door building. Had to use very old lift at cost of 5 cents (supplied by staff at reception). Room small but clean. Shower large but paint flaking off it a lit and door off rails do did not shut properly. Mirror very worn. Overall a bit shabby.

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Towels need upgrading, but were still serviceable.

2 min walk to the core of SorrentoPosted Jul 19, 2017
Pros: Proximity to transit and to town life.
Cons: Shower could be larger. Bathroom was good size but shower small.
Great budget friendly spot for visit to Sorrento. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room good size (and had a full balcony). Could walk to train and bus station in 2 min or to downtown in 2 min. Quieter area at night as well (which is good as downtown is lively and loud!). Not a luxury full service hotel but was perfect for our one night stop over.

The staff was very kind, the location was very convenient, and the breakfast was great. However, the shower constantly clogged up, the room was entered when "do not enter" was up, the wifi only worked about 20% of the time, and many other things were unclean or not functioning as said. I would still probably stay again if it was only a night or too but could definitely be better!
