The staff wereexcellent. They served breakfast to room as promised and on time. There wereplenty of choices enough to get started for a busy touring day. The only thing I would suggest is to inform guests how to turn on stair lights at night. Otherwise, you can't beat this quiet and comfy oasis for location and convenience. I highly recommend Guarricino Ristorante at Piaza Tasso for great food and warm service. It's worth an eight minute walk.

It was a nice experience with a lovely room, the breakfast ready and delivered in room. I saw in the description that there was a complimentary bottle of wine but did not see any in the room. The hot water could be adjusted in a way that does not leave people with cold water all of the sudden.

This is a wonderful place. 2 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes to a main street with a grocery store, lots of restaurants and shopping. One note: there is no elevator and the rooms are on the 4th floor (for Americans). The included breakfast was a nice treat with several options.

The place is clean and the lady Nadia is very nice. But I would never stay here again. It’s loud with paper thin walls. You can hear people next room. 4 flights of stairs up (Nadia did carry my fathers luggage for him) and limited hot water. It’s more of a budget style accommodation. It’s not an accessible place for elderly or people with mobility issues. Having said that, it is clean and the breakfast is decent for sure. From the photos it appears that you get a balcony but only 1 of the 5 rooms does. You get what you pay for.
