Majestic 13BR/13BA Villa in Sosua This 13-bedroom, 13-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 13000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: \- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.) \- Television / Cable TV \- Wi-Fi internet \- Air conditioning, Fans \- Home gym \- Kinky BDSM sex room! \- Billiard \- Private casino/videogames room! \- Terrace/balcony \- Private secured parking \- Tropical garden \- Check-in with English-speaking staff \- Only pay for the bedrooms you need, from 8 to 14 (the unused bedrooms are locked) A few house rules: \- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). \- Pets are generally allowed (depending on number/type - details required). \- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. \- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence. \- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
