“I paid without staying because no one replied to the calls and messages and there is no front office in the location.”

“The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water.”

“Bad condition of the villa, broken furniture and toilets seats, toilets flushing stop working, tv and WiFi stop working. Extra extra. ”

“We booked for 3 people and there was space for 3, but there was not a real sofa-bed. We had to move around the furniture to make a bed for the 3rd guest, but it did not work well as was in two pieces, and it split during the night. It was not comfortable. Also, the drain pipes of the shiwer and bathroom sink smelled strong during the night.”
