What you would expect from a four star hotel, friendly staff. Good environment and great location to get whatever you need in downtown.

Room was clean, A/C worked well, beds very comfy. The hallway had a strange odor, but it didn’t carry into the room.

It was just okay. Not something I will really look into booking again unless it's an amazing deal I can't pass up. Neither bed had fitted sheets, just loose sheets. There's no minifridge. Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. The water pressure is crazy low, and the door/walls are thin. We were a few doors down from the hotel's main entrance and heard people coming and going all night. The pool was disappointing. I didn't notice a smoke smell in the room, so that was good. The employees were all nice. It felt fairly safe. The AC worked well. The TV size was decent. The breakfast was well priced.
