Very Good 3 night stay.
Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations. Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony. No issues at all.

Good Location
Lovely hotel in good location. Walkable to attractions and train station. Excellent breakfast options. Welcoming reception especially Mehdi. He was very accommodating and helpful. Even got me the same good rate for an extra night stay.

Great place to stay in Sousse with friendly staff. There were some areas that could've been cleaner and I wish the air conditioning was cooler but overall a pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here many time before and the hotel is great. The location is really good. A stones throw from anything you want. But what’s makes this hotel so amazing is the staff. These guys went above and beyond to make my stay one I will remember forever. I want to thank everyone there and I would like to mention a few. I’m reception Mehdi. No request was to small and went out of his way to help. A great ambassador to the hotel. Abderrazek, Soumaya, Abir in reception. So friendly and helpful Sabri the security Mohamed, Jalel and Houssem in the bar. Service with a smile and great chats. And again all the staff were great. Will definitely come and stay again when I’m back.

The spa is very nice, I really enjoyed it! At my check-in I noticed and informed the front desk that the tv was not functional. At my check-out, 2 days later, I bring the broken tv cable at the front desk. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation or excuses …… The food was just ok, for a 5 stars hotel, I can expect more.

We assure you that we put the highest priority on ensuring all hotel areas and room accommodations are kept spotlessly clean. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to inform you that all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems that work according to the season. Our front desk and maintenance teams are available 24/7 to assist you with any query, including the temperature setting, in order to optimize your stay. As for the underground parking, we wish to inform you that it is subject to availability as mentioned on the website, however we also have free guarded parking spaces by the west side entrance of the hotel, as you may have noticed. We would like to finally clarify that different types of coffee are available at the lobby bar, and that our kitchen team prepares daily rich buffets from fresh and high quality products. Check in took a while. We needed to add a fourth person to our room. I had originally asked for 4 twin beds so adding a fourth person shouldn’t be an issue, but they made a huge deal. The rooms also had two twin beds and a queen and they wouldn’t change it. Then we asked for an extra bedsheet- I called 5 times for that. The doors to the balcony wouldn’t properly open. The air conditioning wasn’t working. And the people in the other rooms were really loud (not hotels fault). And the fridge wasn’t working either. I wouldn’t stay here again. Close to the beach which is nice and convenient but there are other hotels close as well.

We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations, nevertheless, we wish to clarify that your original reservation was made for two connecting rooms, without any special request regarding the beds, however, our Reception team has made every effort to satisfy your requests and offered you a quadruple room or a suite. Please note that the quadruple room is supposed to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children, which explains why it was not possible to provide you with 4 twin beds. We have requested our maintenance team to verify the balcony door as well as the minibar, they both seem to be working fine. As for the air conditioning, it is common practice in Tunisia to switch off the cooling system during winter, and to switch on the heating system which can be controlled in the room. If you change your mind, we’ll be pleased to welcome you again for a better experience.

All very good, the only disappointing thing was the doorman which after midnight would stop you outside to check if you are staying at the hotel, this happened 2 times during my stay.

Good city location - not a 5* luxury hotel
A lot of great things about the hotel. It has access to private beach, pool and many restaurant options. The beds are very comfortable and you overall get a good experience. However, I would not expect a luxury hotel experience and it all would go well. Your experience would depend on how much you are paying for a night. Most of the guests were Russians who had wristbands that gave them access to most restaurants and bars. This made me think I could have gotten a much better deal. Hotel restaurants prices are outrageously expensive. You would get food much cheaper if you walk outside the hotel! (Restaurant Ferdaws is a few mins walk and is about 20 times cheaper to get a meal there than the hotel). Breakfast is decent with many options!

Excellen location, very friendly front desk and beach service. The downside was the smoky, smelly, old, run down carpet, slow elevators, and pieces of litter all over the “private beach” including cigarette butts. Also, a confusing system for “borrowing” beach towels. Otherwise a decent stay.

Great hotel, but skip the taxi arrangements
We had a great stay at this hotel! The view was amazing, the breakfast was very generous, dinner was included, the pool is shady in the afternoon. The private beach is just a quick walk past the pool area. We had lovely cocktails one sunset at le Must, the restaurant that overlooks the beach. Just a few really minor issues: 1) They ran out of beach towels one day, so keep your towel for the whole day and exchange for fresh ones in the morning instead of after each swim! 2) I'm not sure who was at fault, but we asked the hotel to arrange a ride to the Tunis airport. We paid the hotel 200 dinars (which we knew was way more than a meter would have cost, but we wanted to be sure we got to the airport without incident). The driver asked if we paid, and then asked how much. When we told him, the driver got mad, didn't let us into the cab for a few minutes while he called someone. Then he showed us the envelope of money the hotel gave him and it only had 70 dinars. It put us in a really awkward spot. It's possible the driver removed some dinars before showing us the envelope, but I'm sure the hotel took a large cut of the fee regardless. 3) The beach was really nice, but did have broken glass, so be careful!

Although the property is on the edge of the noisy entertainment area rather than in amongst it, and while the noise doesn’t intrude into the hotel itself, it’s probably better suited to those who plan to join that particular crowd. A big plus to the staff though - excellent service.

Overal the hotel is quite nice but reception staff are terrible. Not willing to help at all. That just spoilt my trip. Hotel in person does not look like on pics. I would suggest staying at the Movenpick at a similar price.

This is a beautiful property. Very clean, and nice design. The rooms are very spacious. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely rude.

Best Hotel in Sousse Centre
Sousse Palace is probably the best hotel in Sousse with indoor swimming pool. The staff were really friendly, they gave us Seaview rooms for the same cost. The choice of breakfast could be improved for a five star hotel. The room prices are more competitive compared to Port El Kantaoui.
