Not Marriott Quality!

Front desk staff... great. Room... Toilet needed to be fixed upon arrival. After being fixed, dirty rubber gloves left on sink. Also, room was not "Marriott Clean"... it wasn't even Motel 6 clean (a bit of mold and dirt where it should not be was a bit concerning). English is not always a preferred language if you want to be understood. Recommend because it wasn't outrageously bad... but needs improvement!

As you noted we are so fortunate to have staff with us from all over the world, who may have English as a second language. Sometimes communication can take a moment for them but their passion for service and the want to deliver flawless service to our guests far exceeds their language skills. Nice Hotel

Location: 5 miles from the airport
Natalie checked me in. She was very friendly and informative. The room was very nice and clean and I had a nice meal at the restaurant.

Excellent!

I arrived at almost midnight with my grandson after a long drive and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and kind; offering water, snacks, asking if there was anything they could do to help us settle in. Loved our clean and comfortable room. Wonderful stay.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great shuttle service. Location was great and only short time to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice but we found the bathroom to be rather small. The service was excellent! It was overall a positive experience.

It would have been nice to know that I was booked a HANDICAP room, but NO, Expedia did not mention this fact.
