Breakfast was good with variety of foods. Ice machine was broken. Guest laundry machines were broken. Air conditioning in the room and breakfast area worked well. Hallways were hot.

The Staff is awesome. Expedia on the other hand not so good! Will be booking direct through hotel. Didn’t like experience with Expedia Customer Service and scare tactic to swindle money.

This was our first time staying at a La Quinta Inn for 15 years. The facility is very nice and has a great layout. Staff was very friendly. It is going through remodeling and we knew about that ahead of time, but it was still disappointing to see some of the conditions that were being addressed. Overall, our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good; there was a nice selection of hot and cold food. There was a lacrosse team staying overnight too, and the staff handled the breakfast nicely for that large of a group. We were impressed with La Quinta Inn, and afterwards signed up for Wyndham rewards so that we can use that when reserving rooms in the future.

Nice location near the highway. It’s an older building that is being renovated, but has a unique vibe. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and had a nice view. Plus it comes with free parking with decent breakfast. The only bad part is the hotel is a but outdated, because of that all the amenities are a bit cranky.

The hotel is being renovated so the elevators weren't very clean. The rooms and eating areas were very clean though so I think the elevators are just temporarily dirty.. Staff very friendly and the food good (remember it's a La Quinta so pretty basic choices but all fresh).

I selected this hotel for the 1 night I was passing through due to it advertising laundry services and or on site guest laundry but upon asking the front desk staff they said they don’t provide the services, change, or detergent. Aside from the pee and hairs on the bathroom floor THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!! Do not stay here!!!

This is a modest hotel that is in pretty good shape and in a good location to get just about anywhere in Austin. The rooms are large and basic but comfortable. I'll stay again in a pinch.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The area is very pretty, but there are signs everywhere and the staff will reiterate that it is not a very safe area. So do not leave any belongings in your vehicle. We didn’t have any issues with that. The hotel is currently under construction, so there was a strong paint smell, but we’re looking forward to seeing the new renovations and updates to this property.
