Nice common areas and room size

Was surprised at the cost of this room that had no refrigerator or microwave.

Average Hotel

Great location and easy check-in, but the fitness center was the thing that will make me book elsewhere on my next trip to Austin. The fitness center has a treadmill, an elliptical, and a weight machine. Only the elliptical was working correctly. Treadmill was out of order and the weight machine has a pin broken off in the stack so the weight isn't adjustable. Unfortunately, it rained during my visit so running outside want an option. If you don't care about the fitness center then I recommend this hotel.

Low water pressure, AC not really cold, dated decor. Great staff and good location.

Not sure we would return.

shower water pressure was nonexistent, worse I have ever experienced. AC kinda worked, had to set to 65 to cool the room, outside nightime temp was 65-70. Room coffee was not replenished. Comfy bed. Need at least two waffle makers. Bad coffee.

The room was ok, but there was no fridge, microwave, or safe. I find these amenities so common that I didn't think to check before I booked. I probably won't stay here again.

Attractive location, and convenient to our meeting, restaurants & shopping. We stayed here twice, & the staff was very friendly & professional both times. The facility public areas are a little worn, but it was clean and felt secure.

Nice hotel

Pros: Clean, quiet, near luxury with large room.
Cons: It is close to perfect.
Location: Near the South MoPac offices and other businesses -- away from downtown with free parking.
Nice, hotel in a beautiful setting. Large rooms with new furniture and amenities. Free lemon flavored water and cookies in lobby.
