Nice in pictures

There was roaches in the room by the bed, behind the bed, bathroom & ceilings. As well as some other kind of bugs

Nice decent hotel not too far from San Diego

We rented 3 rooms for one night as part of our family vacation/road trip. 2 of the rooms for some reason did not have toilet paper rolls so we had to go down to the front desk to get some. From my understanding 2 of the rooms had comfortable beds but one of them had a king bed which was somewhat lumpy. Overall though I was happy with the stay and give it a shot on another occasion.

Good location

Pros: The location and the easy parking
Cons: The bed, the pillow, the bathtub, the amenities
Location: Close to the freeway and restaurants, close to San Diego harbor
Hotel was in a good location, close to the freeway and restaurants and across from the water- but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was as hard as a rock. Parking was pretty easy and free. When you took a shower the water would stay in the bottom of the tub and it looked moldy but luckily they supplied a bath mat so you didn't have to stand on the stained part. Wish they could have provided hair conditioner to go with the shampoo, and also lotion. The bath towels had a strange odor to them also. So there was good things and some not so good things but nothing horrible-

Staff was very nice. Facilities were good. Our biggest complaint was the ease with which we heard noises and voices in the next room. Very thin walls, but the air conditioner drowned out most of the sound, so no big deal.

Good place, not fancy, but it's clean!

My husband and I stayed here just last weekend for a concert. It wasn't all fancy or anything special. But they do take care of you and it's clean 😉

I liked the hotel. It would've been better with a microwave in the room and larger refrigerator. But overall a good stay.

It was an okay stay. The beds were not very comfortable. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms to downstairs being that one of us is handicapped.

I had better nites

I ve been coming to this hotel for years..when I was single and now with my family..but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected to be..the rooms needs to upgrade carpet looked very dirty. The bat tub old a lil bit rusty..and the hair dryer was broken..my first nite was good but the second nite was horrible..I think one of the bed had bed bugs..I couldn't sleep my whole body was itchi..on the next day on my way home I noticed several bites on my body. Fortunately it was just me and not my family, I had made the mistake of going under the sheets before checking the bed. I talked to the hotel manager and days after the hotel coorparate office contact me to apologize about the incident..they took immediate action. In one side they are good and took responsibility of what had happened to me, but on the other side their house keeping staff should always change the bed sheets..I had asked for room services that same day, it seem that the house keeper was lazy to change the bed sheets..
