Nice hotel very close to a casino.

Pros: I live in Los Angels and work in National City so i sped 2 nights a week in the Chula Vista area. Resonable priced and a good Motel for the price.
Cons: The WiFi was bad i was unable to connect .
Location: There is a nature reserve right across the street.
Very good for the price, if your looking for a place to stay a a very reasonable price to experience Chula Vista this is a good place .

No Customer Service

Was locked out of room at 1am until 5am with no discounts or apologies. The next day since they evicted my guest out of the room for 4hrs while I was unavailable to sign even though they had already charged my credit card. No discounts or apologies given... I will never stay here again...

They did not allow my reserve to be approved off expedia for my husband. I was disappointed that my husband was embarrassed after being told he could not stay there due to not having a credit card on hand. I had already had it approved through the company

Rude general manager

There's a general manager name Chris he was rude, he actually told me that I could take my money and go check into another hotel! He has no customer service skills!
