Loved my stay everyone was nice and welcoming Jeanette was very friendly and her customer service was amazing. I would definitely stay again. :)

Nice Hotel

Pros: Close to freeway and a restaurant.
Cons: The FREE morning breakfast is a joke. No eggs, bacon, etc. Only oatmeal and cereal and breads. This area is very small and becomes very crowded.
Location: Did not go anywhere.
Nice hotel and staff. Hotel is old school and needs to have an upgrade to bring it into the new area.

Location was great for us. Near malls, Old Town.

Pros: The location, because it was near our friend's home. Our room was clean (till we got there!)
Cons: A clearer way to request housekeeping daily, or every other day.
Location: It is right on 805. About 30 - 45 min. away from places like Old Town, the zoo, malls, and LOVELY beaches. The beach in La Jolla is great!
Our overall stay was great. The housekeeping was a little random. We usually didn't go out until noon or 1:00pm, and twice when we got back no housekeeping had been done. The hotel was quiet, but there was some kind of construction going on outside, off of the property, which was noisy. I unfortunately left a coat in the closet, and they have been very cooperative in finding it and agreeing to send it to me. The pool was very nice, warm but not too warm. I would stay there again.

Location: Lots to do.
Easy freeway access in a very nice location, exceptionally helpful staff.

Disappointed

Cons: Don't allow dogs in the hotel or designate certain rooms for pets.
When I arrived I saw a few guests with dogs. The room smelled liked dog and like maybe the dog pooped on carpet and it was cleaned but smell was still there. I will not stay at this hotel again. We checked out at 5:30 a.m. just to get out of room and we did not use shower. You should designate certain rooms to guests with dogs.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay...staff was great, breakfast was fantastic, room was clean, bed was comfy, great location!! We will stay again!

2 night stay

The room smelled very humid, water was constantly dripping from the bathtub and when I explained that a third party had sent them a payment form they provided nobody found it until later that check out date.
