Close to the interstate

Nice hotel centrally located to every thing

Pros: I like a clean comfortable bed with a staff that is helpful but not smothering.
Cons: I would like to see more hot water available for the shower and a different brand of soap Irish spring, for one.
I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. This hotel was centrally located to just about every feature in San Diego. The neighbor hood was clean with a good selection of shops and eateries.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Older hotel with door on the outside. The restaurant/bar could have better hours.
Stayed in the hotel for the weekend while attending a funeral. The air-conditioning unit was extremely loud. Also, the hotel is near a few not so nice hotels. The staff was friendly but the restaurant and bar were only open during the day at certain times.

Our restaurant has pretty standard breakfast and dinner hours, but we do not serve lunch, based on the typical lack of demand. I expected more

I was visiting from out of town. This was my first time staying at a Ramada. From the commercials and reviews I read, I expected more. Or maybe I'm bougie. It was outside entry into the room, which I despise. From the pics I couldn't tell, but it looked like inside entry. The furniture looked beat up. The vending machine on my floor didn't work. Not to mention the pop went up from 1.50 to 1.75. I'm guessing because the weekend came. I had to go to another floor for ice. Again, maybe I expected too much. So I won't be staying at this chain of hotels again.

We are still working to upgrade the property and enhance our Guest's experience. I will look into the situation with the vending machine, but I'm not aware of any price changes based on day of the week. These machines are stocked and managed by Coca Cola, but I will research to ensure they aren't increasing prices on the weekend. Very nice hotel that is close to a lot of attractive places in san diego. It is next to the freeway so it is a plus. There are a lot of restaurants within a mile so you can get food easily.

The toilet overflowed and no one was available until next morning. The heater did not work

Our non smoking room had a strong smell of smoke. The street noise was pretty loud. Was hard to go to sleep right away.

Nice Surprise

Pros: Hotel was very easy to find and great parking. Room was large and beds were comfortable. WiFi worked great and we had a frig/micro and coffee maker.
Front desk was ready for us. Easy to check in and out. Room was great, no problems.
