Hotel was nice, a little smaller than expected , but overall clean and well kept. We were charged 100$ per day plus a 25+$ non refundable service fee per day. So we ended up paying an extra 86$ for our 3 day stay. The 100$ per day was refunded , but taken off your card when you checked in. Housekeeping was very nice, but the front desk receptionist was very uncertain about any concerns we brought to her.

Parking was $40:00 for the night. Not even coffee in room or lobby unless you want to buy a k-cup. Added an additional $28.00 service fee. Total rip off looks nothing like the picture on the internet

We are sorry things didn't go well. South Beach parking prices are a bit high but none the less you don't have to worry about getting a parking ticket.

The service fees at the hotel also includes free wifi, access to the roof top pool with unlimited towels, and gym access to stay fit while your on vacation. Thats just to name a few. We are sorry to hear if you were unable to take advantage of these amenities.

Nice room - unprofessional staff

Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The pool is not as nice as it looks from the pictures, but I guess beach access makes up for that. Staff is unfortunately unprofessional. Upon arrival I was told I was going to be charged the resort fee + a deposit, was not asked to sign anything to authorize the transaction and later found out I was charged more than triple the amount I was supposed to. When I went back to the reception desk to complain, a member of the staff treated me like I was not understanding I had to pay the resort fee and the manager had to intervene to fix the problem. Not the best way to start a vacation.

Really close to the beach.

The beach was only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The room wasn’t anything special but it was clean and comfortable. They have really cute artwork in each room. Sbh is walking distance to many things.

AC stuck at 72 degrees. Small, but clean room. No ice machines. Needs updates

My unexpected trip

So I reserved this room unintentionally. They would not let me cancel it. So I said ok I’ll make the best of it. Phones don’t, and AC don’t work. Had to go back to the front desk. The engineer comes up and does nothing. So I have to go back again this continued again after that. All they gave off was the service fees I had of $70. I couldn’t even sleep in the room. It was around 80 degrees most of the time. They associates at the front desk are extremely unhelpful when a manager is not there. Seriously they should have refunded me at least a night or something. Costumer Service is not their strong suit.

The hotel was dirty. It is not a 4 star hotel. It smelled like chlorine. Just awful.
