This property is downright dangerous, there are broken tiles around the bathtub that will cut your feet, the front desk smells so strongly of used dirty adult diapers that you will gag, and you are expected to enjoy breakfast in that reeking space. Every piece of equipment in the workout center is broken, and unsafe. The area around the hotel is incredibly unsafe. There are no smoke detectors. The pool is closed. Inside the hotel room everything is so disgusting and moldy that you won’t want to touch anything; you won’t even wanna walk on the floor. I actually laid down towels rather than walk on the floor with my bare feet, because the carpet was pulling up at the edges and black with filth. The bathtub only gives warm water and is caked with a yellow orange mold. The doors don’t lock and neither do the windows. The chair in the room looked like it had been bled out on. When I brought up my concerns to the front desk manager, he was flat out mean. The air conditioners blow out, wet, funky, smelling air. Last, but not least the pillows, and the blankets are so thin that you will feel like they are not even there like you are just sleeping bare. This is not a safe place for a woman traveling alone or anyone and I do not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is a great value. It is very clean and fairly new. The hot breakfast is also a big plus along with a friendly staff.

Very cold!
The hotel was very cold. Windows need replaced. It took 3 hours to get my room warmed up. Lobby and halls were so cold workers were wearing heavy coats.

We were searching for a reasonable place to stay and it fit our requirements well. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. We found it a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel stay was okay, just uncomfortable, but afterwards I had a mystery $50 separate charge. It wasn't a hold, as it never got refunded. I also tried to call the numerous phone #'s I found for the hotel, but it never connected.

Our room was very clean and we interacted with the cleaning staff, they were very pleasant and hard-working. Front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. Only criticism is the public rest room near the front desk is a bit run-down.

The area has plenty of food options and is close to highway. The property is run down. The first room we were given was a "jacuzzi room". Mind you we did not request such a room. It smelled of mildew and had black mold on the ceiling. Gross. They moved us to another room that was better. We also had the pleasure of watching a truck driver smoke meth in the parking lot. Trucks were parked everywhere on the property. I wouldn't stay there again.

I was pleasantly by this property. Many properties I have stayed at in this price range were terrible. Although the building is obviously an older building, the rooms have been nicely renovated. Although not fancy, everything was in working order, the bed was new and comfortable, linens and towels were new, bright white and very clean. I felt safe in all areas of the property and had a quiet and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The smell of the hotel was not pleasant, inside the room was a little musty and seemed to get worse the longer i would run the a/c, it was a cheap option, but the smell will make me not want to come back.

This place was horrible. The rating online do not match the hotel. As soon as you walk in, it has a musty smell. My room had dead insects, blood on the bed sheets, hair on the blow dryer, mold on the walls and a water leak. The customer service was terrible. The front desk and the "manager" did not help and did not want to do a refund.

This hotel is in need of a renovation! The Hindu group working there are great people. Unfortunately the property is just outdated, our room had a broken tub! (See picture) They patched it up with tape but it was a hazard to take a shower in it, this is a possible lawsuit just waiting to be happen!!!

Upon getting to our room we noticed the curtains had mold on them. The celing above was poorly patched and water marks were all over. Lampshades had brown water marks and rust on the lamps. Ironing board was broke.The phone was not working so we couldn't even call front desk. Light bulbs were burnt out. When we voiced are concern the employee said there was nothing he could do and would inform the manager. Very unpleasant smell when first entering hotel in lobby. I would never stay here again.

The chair in our room looked similar to the one in the tv show Frasier, only dirtier. The closure swinging lock on our door was broken, and in the morning was not fully closed as if someone had tried to enter. The refrigerator in the room was not functioning when we checked in, seems like someone disabled it because it was so loud when the staff got it running. If asked, I would not recommend this hotel.

I liked the quietness and location. Overall cleanliness was not bad either. The front desk attendants were pleasant. Some of my dislikes were the walls were cracked and the carpet was really stained in my room. Also, the tub and shower heads were old and had a lot of scale. Room service was average. I was given stained sheets once.

We stayed here after a ND football game. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers close by. I would recommend this hotel.

I took my kids here. When we arrived at the priority, there were men lurking around, smoking, people bringing their humongous dogs inside, etc. We went to our room and there was urine on our toilet seat. They didn’t have the promised roll away bed for my child so gave us dirty sheets for the floor. My children were uneasy. I went back downstairs and asked for a different room. He re-roomed us and I e we’re wrapping our heads around this place. As we got ready for bed, my child found someone’s flossers under the pillow—that shows the room wasn’t made up for us. The lovk on the room was also busted, as well as the phone not working. After one of my children cried about feeling unsafe, we decided to find a last minute alternative. The office manager said we would be charged for one night if one two-night stay. I said that we were planning on staying but that it wasn’t safe. He tried to give us new sheets for the room but there were too many other things about the place that we didn’t trust that we were leaving regardless. It was an awful experience.
