Nice hotel, clean, close to everything.

Very good. No issues. However there were people "camping" in one of thge back parking lots. They had a van camper, a grill in the weeds and one evening when we returned they were sitting on their chairs just chilling. Strange. But did not bother us.

Very basic, decent hotel

We booked a room with 2 beds for our family of 4 for just one night. When we arrived, they had "upgraded" us to a king suite because they didn't have any more rooms with 2 beds. So my kids had to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn't super comfy. If we had been staying for more than one night, it would have been an issue. The room was clean and otherwise fine. The continental breakfast is very, very basic. Just some oatmeal packets, muffins, granola bars and coffee.

Good price and close to everything

If you hunt correctly you can get a good deal. The price had dropped below half the usual weekend price.

COMFORTABLE hotel close to family and stuff to do

This hotel was the perfect location to places to eat things to do and my family in Mishawaka! It will be our go to location now for when we are needing a place to stay there. There is no pool and Breakfast was pretty sparse (granola and oatmeal & muffins) but it was $20 cheaper than other hotels.

great for wedding preps....space kitchen

We were treated very well. they upgraded our room to king, which gave us plenty of room for my family to visit before the wedding because they were all from out of town.

Pros: once i found the non smoking room, it was a good clean room for the price
Cons: see original comments... if you are offering a NON SMOKING set of room, then find cleaning solutions to REMOVE smoking smells from the room..
Location: we arrived late and left early... we did not choose based on things to do... we just wanted to be close to our soccer event the next day
Had a very friendly person check us in but unfortunately, despite the entire hotel being Non Smoking, i was given a room that had CLEARLY been used by a smoker for awhile... I tried all i could before going to the front desk... the same check in person gave me 2 other rooms to try... also very smelly and a prior smoker... THAT"S when she became frustrated w/ me for asking for other rooms... then she found one and TRIED to charge me more $$ for which i flatly refused (again frustrating the front desk person)... we finally did get a new NON SMOKING room and I spoke w/ the manager in the AM... The manager was truly troubled by what we experienced and provided me a voucher for a future stay (Expedia will NOT permit a refund - that's a ZERO star in my book w/ Expedia)... Again, the manager handled it VERY VERY well and was profusely apologetic. For the price, the hotel stay is a good one.. just remember it's OK to ask and EXPECT a non-smoking room when it's published that way (even on every door there's a NO SMOKING sign). Hopefully the prior Front Desk Lady realizes that, in the future, do NOT make it MY problem that you can't provide me a NON Smoking room when i booked one.

Great rate, good sleep

We got a great value at a great rate through hotels.com. Location was safe, with free parking, and next to conveniences like Starbucks. Quiet area and quiet hotel. We had a small kitchenette in our room with stove, full fridge, and microwave. The AC/fan unit didn't work properly, but we made due and stayed relatively comfortable. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, shower was hot. Internet and TV was fine. Breakfast on the go literally only means a granola bar and coffee though. All in all, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would bring groceries and utilize the kitchen.

OK stay

We had booked a queen room - arrived 20 minutes after making reservation and were told they only had double/double available. Not what we wanted, but needed to sleep. Water pressure was not that great and it did take quite a while for water to heat up.
