Heating unit made loud noise making it hard to sleep. We asked for it to be checked, but nothing happened. Shower was cold. Glitter on the floor; carpeting. Refrigerator did not cool.

Our room should’ve been ready by 3, we talked to them at 1. We tried at 6:45 and it still wasn’t ready. Finally on our 3rd attempt we had a room, but it had a dirty ashtray in there, stuff on the floor and a window open.

Insanely overpriced!!!! The free breakfast is a complete over exaggeration of the actual truth. It includes coffee and granola bars. The key pad for the door closest to the main road did not work. This is where our room was, so we had to basically walk around the building to the front door. The hallways smelled funny. The room was very cool, I couldn't get it to warm up, and there were no extra pillows or blankets. I would not have minded any of these issues if the hotel was a $100/night type of place, but when you are charging rates more expensive than some fancy hotels I've stayed at in downtown Chicago and other places.......start acting like it!!!

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The condition of the room showed that it has seen better days. There was food left from another guest in the fridge. The exterior of the fridge had rust spots on the doors.

The hotel double booked and didn't have a room for us. We called and said we would be late checking in. They said it would be fine. We arrive and the check in desk informed us they were double booked and that Hotels. Com doesn't see they same screen. So it was hotel.come fault.

I reserved this room so that I can do laundry and have a break in an air conditioning room Upon arrival I was told that they did not have quarters for the laundry machine. Also, I was told that I should not put my key cards to the room anywhere on your devices. Otherwise it would stop working (?? Seriously it’s 2023 ) The only pop machine in the building it was out of service and because I complained about that, the service people were then rude to me for asking where to take my trash. Also, the phone to the front desk did not work. No offer to fix it. The cable did not work for one day due to a storm with no offers to come in and fix it. I was treated like I was an irritating vagrant, rather than a guest.

There was nothing to like about this property. They were completely out of shampoo so we had to go buy our own. Loud teenagers. Sat in there car outside of our window screaming with the radio blaring swearing and threatening me. and to top it off BEDBUGS!! Waiting for their legal department to call but I doubt they will. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
