Very disappointing the hot tub was out of order. No mention of it on the site. Looked like it had been down for awhile. There was a distinct mildew odor in our room. Did a search for a hotel specifically with a whirlpool hot tub. Didn't seem like hotel that should get 4.1 star rating.

It was clean and located close to everything. I didn't like that the receptionist "mistakenly" gave another guest a key to my room. She told him the wrong room number. He walked in as we were in the bed. The manager did compensate us but that was a very scary situation.

We prepaid for the room. Upon entering the room we experienced an overwhelming smell of urine. We went to the front desk, and they had no more room available. We had to go stay at another hotel. We are trying to get a refund at this time.
