The stay that never happened & still paid.!!

I booked the room through Hotels.com. The room was supposed to have 2 double beds. Hotels.com booked this room as a standard reservation. Once I checked in and went to the room, which was a handicap accessible, I found one double bed. I went to the front desk to discuss my concerns about the mistake and the Rude young man was unaccommodating. If fact he was dealing with another complaint from a woman who was displeased. He was very animated & RUDE with her basically motioning with his hands to her that he was done talking to her and went to his office. As she left, the young man returned to deal with my complaint telling me the same thing. I asked to talk to a manager which he could not supply. Eventually he asked us to leave the property. WE NEVER STAYED AT THIS HOTEL!! AND STILL WAS CHARGED. Needless to say Holiday Inn & Hotels.com have said there is nothing they can do. I RECOMMEND NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR US THIS SITE FOR BOOKING!!!! Very dissatisfied!!
