Great hotel close to Notre Dame

This hotel was conveniently located right by Notre Dame which was great for me. Check in was easy. The clerk was very friendly. My room was clean and had everything I need. I would definitely stay here again

All of the staff were super nice and I enjoyed the peace and quiet within the hotel.

nice hotel, close to our granddaughters home

Pros: location, Our granddaughter bought a home close by and we went to help her move in and put grandmothers touch on it.
Cons: after remodeling, nothing would need to be done
Location: close to Notre Dame and shopping
Hotel staff was excellent, we had a problem with the room key, very eager to help us. remodeling in the common area and hallways, made things a little messy.

Pool out, of ordee

I wasn't told the pool was under construction. I, noticed after check in coming from my room. The room wasn't clean and the beds were not made.

Patch Work

This hotel is terrible and needs to have a visit from Quality Inn corporate it’s grossly outdated and the rooms are in need of renovation the towel rack in our bathroom fell off and even though it was reported no one fixed it the rooms have plaster patch work done on walls but no finishing touches and the cleaning crew needs to be fired and their supervision as the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and there is visible dirt and uncleanliness in bathrooms and bedroom areas even the towels look soiled after they change them out so much so we went to Kohl’s and purchased towels because we were scared they hadn’t been washed and sterilized. Stay away!!

The drain in the bathroom was slow. Food had little portions. All the juices were water down.

A little run down

The staff was nice but the condition of the hotel was run down. Also, we were told 10-15 minute walk to Notre Dame, took at least 45 minutes walking at a good pace. Stains on carpet, in bathroom, on comforter, left feeling housekeeping not up to standards
