Excellent building but horrible service

This is the place travellers should stay clear off for their own good. The building and the photos are all nice but the staff has no idea how to run that facility. From outrageous check in, refusing to provide us with parking spot despite asking for it in writing during booking process here on Expedia, no help offered when needed, complete indifference altogether. Room we had was so called superior double that was really good for a single traveller only not a couple (attic with the view on another roof) - yet they called it a double since there were two of us. I have a feeling that we were "awarded" with it as a reprisal for cornering receptionist with copies of our booking re: car parking and having it in the end. Minibar with TREE bottle of soft drinks and one half empty already (!) no coffee making facilities, no promised (on their own website) bathrobes. Noisy aircon so had to turn it off and open the window, local tower clocks sounding every 15 minutes, party goers rolling out ~ 3AM and occasional Harley motorcycle driving past - all that made nights to be nightmares. Breakfast as a part of the deal was another surprise - dull choices (bread was super), various sizes of tea spoons (!), utensils looked unwashed, no fresh fruits served apart from fruit salad, waiting staff with the same stoney faces - smile was a rarity there. All seemed to suffer some pain to be there (myself included). Car lift guys were notable exemption - always willing to help and with a smile.
