Me ad my wife stayed in the attic suite and it was very spacious and it was a lovely stay. It's a restaurant converted to a hotel with very limited rooms so you will not see a lot of tenants around. The hotel staff Monika was very helpful and friendly.

Very good location, nice staff, very pretty and ancient building. Lovely small medieval inn very close to the main square, around the corner from the action but on a relatively quiet side-street. Medieval: not a modern resort spa by any means, but we weren't looking for that. Well maintained, decent restaurant, wood-burning grill in the middle of the dining room. We quite enjoyed the place.

Great central location in this quaint little hotel
Thank goodness for this quaint little hotel. We had booked into a penzion and the whole booking process was a disaster - no one there to meet us, no room available (after it had been confirmed and I had spoken to the owner) and Hotel-Restaurant Svambursky Dum took us on short notice. The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of town. Breakfast was included and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Crispy place to stay!
I have done this review twice before. Read them! We extended our stay by three days only to find our bags packet, and we were sent out into the street in the rain at 10pm. They gave our rooms to people who paid more!?

Family of three, out on the street in the rain!
They rooms we three had were not cleaned for three days. The help were not helpful. And when we extended our two rooms for three more days, we came home to find out bags stuffed (certainly not packed) and our rooms rented out to people would paid more!? We were on the streets of Krumlov at 10PM in the rain and nowhere to go! No, I do not recommend these fools.

It's a good hotel with restaurant but if you like to be in the quite place do not take the rooms that facing to the inside eating area. People are eat there and you can hear every word they say.Also in the morning at 07:00-07:30 hotel staff begins to work and they are laughing and speaking and you wake up from this.Also in the inside area there is a local night club terrace so people that seating there usually drunk and can laugh and scream until the late night hours. Beside of this everything is great. Good rooms,good location,good breakfast and good hotel staff.

Lovely hotel right in old town, around the corner from the main square. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room was very spacious and beds comfy.

Great place, great location
We were delighted with this place. Its in the center of a colorful village, and just around the corner from the center square (Xmas market in December). The place is rustic and authentic with timbered wood construction. However, the room is spacious and comfortable too. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff was very flexible with changes. Just a great stay and a great buy. The only slight issues were that there is an open fire bbq on the first floor which has a wonderful barbecue smell.

Very nice hotel in the center of Cesky Krumlov
Very nice hotel in the center of Cesky Krumlov, clean, confortable and welcoming. Everybody was nice and kind to us, suggesting us also a good parking space. I warmly recommend it for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Stayed two nighs in A attic suite. Was a unique room in the heart of the town. No AC which is generally not an issue but we happened to be there during a heat wave. We were given a fan and we slept pretty good. If you have mobility issues their is no elevator and the stairs to the upper floor are small.

Great big room for family with small children
Big room in attic with 2 double beds. Location is in the heart of Cesky Krumlov is a plus if you like to wonder around in this charming little town until late. The breakfast is a bit poor, given that i expect a hotel (which also run a restaurant would serve us a better breakfast). The check-in is a bit slow, especially if you come at peak hour of the restaurant, check-in is at the bar. General room cleanliness is OK, you can see a lot of hairs on the carpets in the room. All windows has no shades, which is ok if you are a morning birds. You will wake up with sunlight directly above your head.

Availability and cost attracted us initially but it really was very authentic to the atmosphere of the little town. Especially the attic suite, although somewhat difficult getting up the upper set of stairs.

This hotel is located just off the town square, so the location is ideal. If you're there in the winter, the blazing fire in the restaurant downstairs is a nice touch. Rustic but modern interior complements the setting in beautiful CK. Would stay again.

Cesky Krumlov is a historic city that is still working towards it's tourist potential. The hotel is in the historic center and is exciting to find yourself in such a unique, historic place. The hotel is a traditional Czech guest house, with rustic furnishings, fireplace, wood floors and wood ceiling beams on the first floor. It has a lot of historic charm. Our room was on the second floor, front with windows that opened. It was rustic but very big & comfortable.We had a nice breakfast. Also they have a nice bar and court yard for guest food and drink. the staff was very nice and accommodating...helped us with ice on a very hot day and called a taxi on a very wet morning to take us to our car. It was a very good value.

Aufenthalt in der Attic Suite. Zimmer wunderschön im Dachboden.Frühstück reichlich und hervorragend. Leider ist die Heizung ausgefallen und wir hatten am Morgen kaltes Wasser.zum Duschen Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen.

전통가옥 체험삼아 묵을 숙소
그냥 우리나라의 오래된 전통한옥을 연상하면 좋을듯. 관리가 잘 된 편은 아니라서 낡고 먼지가 많은 숙소. 캐리어들고 다락방 올라가는 어려움이 있음.다만 공간은 넓어서 답답하지 않고 화장실도 넓음. 조식은 별로지만 주니까 도움이 되고 하루쯤 전통가옥체험 삼아 묵을 수 있을 거 같음.

식당과 숙소 동시에 운영한다고 해서 신기했는데 체스키에는 이런 업소가 많더라고요! 싱글방을 못찾아 트윈베드룸에서 묵었는데 2층 올라갔을때 불빛 스위치 누르기 전에 너무 어두운것 빼고는 좋았습니다. 아침 식사와 저녁으로 시켰던 꼴레뇨도 맛있게 먹었어요! 가장 마음에 든건 욕실이었습니다 :)

돌바닥이라 캐리어 끌기 조금 힘들었지만 관광지랑 가까워 위치는 괜찮았어요. 하지만 그외엔 모두 별로였어요-_- - 에어컨 없고 지저분 하고 엘레베이터 없고 넘 어둡고 불친절 + 조식은 정해진 시간보다 1시간 일찍 준비해주었고 화장실은 넓고 좋음

Location is nothing at all
It was one of worst hotel experience. Room is not clean but we were okay about room condition. We stayed upper room and could smell smoke when we open the windows. Because there is cafe and they smoked. So we should closed the door and windows. Also they didn’t control noise so we couldn’t sleep well because lots of noise was there until 1 am. Drunken people loudly speak after midnight. I don’t recommend this hotel as Kromlof is not big. That means you can choose the room condition and environment as priority rather than how much close to center.

the ceiling has water fall down. and the area around the room is so noisy. 天花板有水滴下，整間房感覺殘舊，像是沒有維修過。而且隔音非常差，一直聽到樓下餐廳的音樂直至晚上十一時，然後第二天早上約6-7時開始又有音樂，嘈醒哂。
