Great location and staff was friendly. Didnt like seeing cleaning staff smoking in back lot by guest rooms. Bathroom appeared clean except for hair in and around tub. Wasnt until the second night of our stay that we realized our AC was broken. Also wish the curtains were better on ground floor. Could see right into our room from parking lot. No privacy.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS MOTEL, AND WILL QUESTION ALL HOLIDAY INNS AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. In all fairness, I find Vermont lacking in many areas compared to Wisconsin and many other many states we have visited. It is almost impossible to find your destination, based on signage, or should I say, the lack of signage....very confusing.

Outdated. The hotel is non-smoking. They gave us a room that smelled of smoke and was crawling with insects. The second room had insects and some hair on the nightstand. Room #3 had no bugs or hair. The property is dated and just not up to the mark. The complimentlery lemon water jug was empty every time we passed it. They did not care enough to fill it. Breakfast buffet was good. Better options in the area.

Nice, easy. Decent location. Comfortable bed. Just what we needed for our one night in Burlington.

One night in Burlington

This Holiday Inn (HI) has seen better times and requires a major renovation. The heavy set woman who checked me in was perfunctory and not friendly. While my room was decent and the bed comfortable, the entrance, lobby, pool, gym, bar and restaurant appeared stuck in the 70s, dark and old. This HI is not representative of others I have stayed in. Thank god the HI i am staying in tonight in Bar Harbor is Light Years nicer and better; so as not to sully the Brands image for me further.
