Worn out hotel.

Pros: location.
Cons: Remodeling and cleanliness.
Location: Close to the airport. Downtown Burlington A short ride away. This hotel has many stores very close by to by food, liquor
Clean but worn out rooms, Filthy carpeting in the hallway. Needed to be vacuumed. I was there for five nights and the carpeting was never cleaned. Dogs all over the place not confined to a specific floor. Complementary breakfast was so so. The high lite was the lady with rollers in her hair and a really bad house coat who showed up at breakfast. Didn't use the pool but it looked very clean.

Poor maintenance.

Pros: The continental breakfast is good for this price range motel. we like the waffle machines.
Cons: Replace the toilets with ones with more flushabililty or water flow and/or larger throats as well as being higher from the floor.
Location: Hotel is near my daughters house and near a convenient shopping center with a Price Shopper grocery store, a drugstore, hardware store and Jo-Ann's.
We have stayed at this hotel once a year for quite some time, but this year we said enough is enough. The toilets are low and uncomfortable but worst of all they cannot do the job. They stop up for bowel movements that are in the normal range. They need to be replaced, Also the card locks for the doors are temperamental and make it difficult and annoying to get into the room. Staff seems to be indifferent to the seriousness of the problem referring only to possible batteries that need replacement etc.

Convenient location. Nice staff but there's not always someone at front desk. I wish they had newspapers. Free breakfast ok but nothing special.

Room was not cleaned very good. Floor was damp we had to keep shoes on the whole time. There were items left around the room (see pics)

Not good

Room was musty - was given room with window facing right into pool area so people sitting right outside our window - we cancelled immediately and left

Nice hotel but not worth the price

Unfortunately I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid per night. The room itself was clean; the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel entrance and hallways were rather dirty though, and the AC unit in the room was outdated. It served its purpose but I wouldn't stay again for that price point.

Nice Hotel close to the Burlington Airport.

Pros: Overall a good experience with good staff members and nice rooms.
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby and in walking distances.
The room was very nice with plenty of room and a large bathroom. I enjoyed my stay and had a good night rest. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the airport.

Very close to interstate exit and UVM

Very good. Nicely located near the airport area and right off the highway. Grocery and shopping is also nearby.

Outdated ! Not your typical posh Quinta hotel. Staff was very nice and breakfast was excellent !
