Would never stay here again!

1. Food was terrible. I ate elsewhere the four day, three day I was there. 2. Room service takes forever. They said it will take 30 mins but I didn't get my food till about 1 hour and 45 min. 3. Whenever I order room service or calls to have something fixed in my room, they call back to ask me if I received my room or if someone fixed my safety deposit box. Very annoying. 4. Rooms are not sound proof. I can hear people passing the hallway. I know what the other couple was doing every night I was there. College students were across from me my last night there and I couldn't sleep. They were screaming and banging on doors. I can hear every single word they were saying. 5. Private beach was unuseable. There was too much rock and seaweed Laying around. 6. Overall the photos online was deceiving. Wouldn't go back again. I really like Eddie at the front desk/butler. Really nice and straight forward.

The perfect honeymoon

Pros: Food options & variety, service, staff, cleanliness, room service, taxi service
Location: Beautifully located right on the shores of the ocean. About a 30 minute drive from most activity centers, but taxis are cheap!
We could not have picked a more perfect place to have our honeymoon. The room was so romantic, extremely clean, and so spacious. There is a wonderful jacuzzi, a marble shower, and they would clean it 2x per day! We had 24 hour room service which we definitely took advantage of. It was so awesome to have access to the entire Palladium side of the resort as well as the adults only section. At first we ventured over to the speciality restaurants on the other side but quickly returned to the adults side for the rest of the week. The food was just so much better over on our side! We got a fresh grilled lobster tail every single night. The beach on the adults only side was very rocky and unable to swim in, but it's literally a 2 minute walk to the Palladium side beach which had soft sand, calm waves, and the water was so clear and warm! It was wonderful. The salt water pool was also incredible! So unique and so fun! The drinks were also wonderful. We would be laying in our cabana poolside or on a floaty in the water and we had wonderful servers come up to us, take our orders, and bring us delicious drinks (they would make us ANYTHING!) right to us! It was actually paradise. The resort is far away from a lot of other stuff, but the resort has a taxi service that is very, very affordable! The best part was the SERVICE. The staff is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The highlight of the entire stay was the staff! Treat yourself and splurge on massages or spa treatments - SO worth it!

Excelente horel

Excelente servicio en todo momento, la comida muy rica, sobre todo los especiales de total suites. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la parte de palladium, mucha gente y parecia balneario

Awesome experience for a great price!

Pros: The pool and waitstaff
Cons: Accuracy of room service delivery times.
Location: The beach was pretty rough with huge rocks so we spent the majority of our time in Pool!
We really enjoyed the restaurant, bar pool, and pool on the Royal Suites side! Everything was PERFRCT, from the waitstaff to the cleanliness of the rooms! The only thing that we were ever disappointed in was the time it took for room service- we were told 35-45 the 4-5 times we ordered- it took over an hour and 15 minutes 2 times. The food was pretty good and it's served 24 hours so it made up for being so late.

Excelente servicio, pero muchas fallas

Pros: El servicio.
Cons: La comida, la limpieza, la música.
El hotel solo tiene un restaurante, donde hay pocas opciones y comida regular. Uno tiene derecho a comer en los restaurantes del Palladium, que está junto, ninguno de los cuales se puede calificar de excelente. Hay algunos buenos platillos en cada uno y nada más. Parece que el hotel solo tiene un disco, por lo que uno tiene que escuchar la misma música hasta el cansancio. La limpieza no es muy escrupulosa. Los cuartos son muy normales y con mal gusto en la decoración. El servicio de los meseros y bar tenders sí es destacable.

It was close to the beach but about 45 min away from the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta. They do have a safe area to swim in the ocean which was nice. After staying somewhere like Live Aqua Cancun, we were let down a bit with the food and quality of service, but it will be hard for any resort to live up to that. It's a nice place but I personally wouldn't return. I still had a great vacation, so of you do stay it'll be a nice time!

Not the honeymoon we had hoped for :-(

Pros: The staff was excellent and provided us everything we asked for.
Cons: Description of the resort and updating of the entire facility.
Location: VERY far from everything. Without taking a cab there is nothing within walking distance to this resort.
My new husband and I found our selves stuck at the airport with no place to go for our honeymoon as Southwest canceled our flight to Cabo. Southwest said they would fly us anywhere they flew so we chose Puerto Vallarta. I found this hotel and thought it sounded perfect...all inclusive adults only. However, when we arrived we quickly discovered only a small section of the resort is adults only. On the adults only side there is only one restaurant, no nightly entertainment and the beach area had no chairs. Also, we noticed the resort was very run down and in much need up updating.
