Lovely, old Vicarage surrounded by old trees. Nice and quiet - perfect for relaxation. There is a good choice for Breakfast which is a dream. Wonderfully cooked Breakfast. Rosie and John were very helpful and kind.
Quaint guest house close to the beach. Service was great. Room had an amazing view of the ocean. Room was small, but for two it added to the charm and coziness. The location is great for seaside activities, walking distance to the center of town is approx. 1.5 miles.

We were there for three nights, and had a very good experience. The important things were well done. Bed was comfy, view was lovely, proprietors were pleasant, water pressure was good, wifi connection was strong. It is located in what seems like a very nice little community.

Brill place, amazing hosts, perfectly placed in the heart of this picturesque little fishing village.
Enjoyed a very pleasant weekend of three nights in this most enchanting spot. The only thing that could have spoiled it was the inclement weather but even that couldn't diminish the beauty of this unspoiled location.
A lovely quiet getaway. Wonderful good. Great beer and a warm welcome. Amazing sea views from our room and a wonderful beach to stroll along from Downderry to Seaton. The hotel is slightly run down but this adds to its charm. A warm cornish welcome awaits. We will return soon.
