Well appointed, good location

Comfortable hotel, with good breakfast and dinner menu. Convenient location near to M Block market. I had to get a drainage issue in the shower seen to - this was fixed and fine thereafter.

Great location but lousy service

I stayed with my parents on 22-Feb for US visa related work. Very conveniently located for those having work in Nehru Place. 3 of us. The room had only 2 towels. Asked for a 3rd. Requested for hand-towels, which didn't arrive until our check-out. The restaurant's service is a disgrace. Had to ask for water to be served to us. The meal, comprising of 2 veg dishes and chappatis, took almost an hour to arrive. The breakfast in the morning had a disorderly feel to it, with an exhausted stock of idlis, which took a while to refill. Overall, avoidable.

Nice place, nice people

Pricey but nicer than I expected, good location, and very friendly staff. Food was good--breakfast was the bomb.

Nice hotel,great staff

From WiFi to staff to breakfast buffet,everything was great.we stayed for 6 nights.I wouldn't mind staying again.furniture upholstery needs changing,and walls need repair and paint.

Expected it to be Better than the rest ...

ALTHOUGH A ROOM UPGRADE WAS GIVEN COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF NOISE CAUSED BY A GROUP OF GUESTS STAYING AT THE FACILITY PAST 2 AM ... ON BUSINESS ONE NEEDS A PEACEFUL NIGHT AT LEAST ... CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO INFORM GUESTS about others staying in the facility and ENSURE that silence is maintained post 10 pm at least

Excellent business hotel; great service

Great hotel for business trips. Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable rooms. The establishment is not as fancy as some of the other hotels in Delhi but it is a much better price and value.

2 nights in Delhi

Great place to stay but about 15mins walk from Metro Station. Room was good but floor was dusty. Mopping would have helped, otherwise everything was good. B'Fast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Staying in Justa is always a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and accomadating and the food is execellent. The location is very central and overall a grt place to stay in Delhi .
