Great hotel, food, and location

Very friendly and professional staff, great breakfast in the morning, really clean room, comfy bed. Nice location in southern Delhi in a very safe neighborhood.

Had problems with Internet but staff is great.

Recommend changing the internet providers or the node at fourth floor. The internet kept dropping and after repeated tries, there was no resolution. The staff is good though, very welcoming. Business travelers - please take note.

Good quality hotel in South Delhi

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Justa Panchsheel Park in mid November. We had pre-arranged transport from the DEL airport (~1,600 Rupees) and the driver met us as agreed just outside the arrivals area...approx. 1 hr transport time to the hotel in mid-day traffic. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and promptly checked into our 3rd floor room towards the back of the hotel (away from street). The room was clean and modern and quiet (not sure if rooms facing the street get more traffic noise but it's a very busy road). Hot water kettle with tea/coffee included + 2 liters of bottled water provided each day which was appreciated. Only complaints were hot water in the shower/tap were inconsistent with water pressure also fluctuating and sometimes going down to a dribble...one night we took a lukewarm shower. On two consecutive nights when returning to our room our old towels had been taken but not replaced...we had to request towels (we would have been OK with reusing towels...not sure what issue was here). Wifi is free but you need to request access codes each 24 hrs from reception...quality was good though. Did not eat the hotel food so can't comment. Service was friendly and helpful for the most part. It will cost you about 50 rupees to take an auto-rickshaw to either the Hauz Khas metro station or the CityWalk shopping complex. Would recommend if you don't mind being a little further away from things.

great hotel for stay in Delhi.

Pros: The location, The food, and the position of it, so near all the sites
The staff from kitchen staff including the chef were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were very impressed with the whole hotel. A big thanks to all the waiters and the staff at the front desk.

Justa just didn't live up to its reviews

I checked in after seeing great reviews on trip adviser. the first day, the flush, the shower and the TV were not working. there was also dust on things in the room. some of the upholstery had stains on it. It was very irritating, the way things just kept breaking on the first day. but when that night i told them that i need to watch TV which was not working, they shifted me to another room, which was a much better room. but by then it was too late. i had suffered too much during a short trip, when you just expect a comfortable stay, so that you can peacefully do your work. i hope they really fix the place up, and dont give rooms that are not working to guests. as a silver lining, the food was okay.

great staff and friendly hotel

Pros: the staff were great
Cons: a shower curtain might help in some of the bathrooms
Location: This is south Delhi. There are some small shops for groceries nearby. You can get a taxi or auto to Select City Mall. Qutab Minar is not too far.
We enjoy going to the JuSTa chain of hotels. The one in Panchsheel Park is good. The staff are very helpful and considerate of the guest. We stayed there one night this time and will most likely return there for future Delhi visits. We would recommend this hotel. It is on the small side, and on a main road, but generally it is quiet. There was some construction going on nearby on the Metro and a nearby building, but that didn't interfere with our sleep. The breakfast is great and they make one of our favorite meals, ghobi adraki. It's not too far from the airport, about a half hour or so depending on the traffic. The traffic can be bad. The taxi to and from the airport should cost anywhere from 500-700 rupees. I'm not sure why there is that much variation, but it is reasonable. The curtains are such that you have a dark room at night.

Great little hotel, hard to find

I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very clean. A couple issues: the room was pretty small and no one seemed to know where the hotel was. Every driver I had got lost or had to ask for directions. Possibly because of the construction blocking the street, but it was a bit difficult to get to an far from the metro. That being said, in really enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Nice hotel for short stay

Location: Fairly well located hotel. Due to ongoing Metro construction, it is not easy to find this hotel.
No complaints. Difficult to get to the hotel. Staff very friendly. Food is really good.
