Ac not working properly, cocroaches in rooms, carpet outside the rooms not hoovered

Pool was good. Upstairs pool would need a little care. Staff excellent

Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it

Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied access until we paid unexpected charges. Only after payment were we redirected to a completely different location, where the host refused to assist us and was rude over the phone. Other tenants had to help us find the apartment. The provider's behavior was deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance. The pool floor was stained, the fence to the baby pool was rotten, the door to the shower was beginning to rot and the bedroom ceiling tiles were ill fitting Other than that it is a great hotel!
