Terrible experience. The apartment was in poor condition, and the entire building was filthy, with pigeon droppings and feathers everywhere — impossible to avoid, even inside the flat. The building itself was under construction, which was never disclosed beforehand. The shower was broken — every time we used it, water leaked heavily and flooded the entire bedroom. Communication with the host was awful: our messages before arrival were ignored, and once we arrived at the address, we were denied access until we paid unexpected charges. Only after payment were we redirected to a completely different location, where the host refused to assist us and was rude over the phone. Other tenants had to help us find the apartment. The provider's behavior was deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

A fantastic boutique hotel. Great location and excellent service- cannot fault it in any way.

Really fab hotel with a small rooftop pool and bar area with great views of the harbour. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very central for exploring in the day and eating out in the evening. Thoroughly recommend!

Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor areas for improvement We had some initial difficulty finding the hotel, but the staff was very helpful and assisted us upon arrival. We booked the Deluxe Penthouse, and overall, the space was very nice. It featured a great view, a wonderful hot tub, reliable air conditioning, and a good TV. However, the internet connection was not working very well on our final day. There are two main downsides worth noting for future guests: * Amenities clarification: We checked with Expedia beforehand and were told the unit had a washer and dryer, but we later learned from the owner that it does not. The listing on the Expedia app should be updated to make this clearer. * Bathroom layout: The glass shower enclosure does not have a door, which causes water to spill out onto the bathroom floor during showers. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful staff and great views.
