Disappointing

Cons: cleanliness and breakfast selection
This hotel was booked for disabled clients and to say the least they were very disappointed. Although the reservation was noted that two adults in wheel chairs would be staying in the room, they were given a very small room with narrow bathroom doors which made it impossible to access. In addition, the sheets had stains and the pillows had a musty odor. When the customer requested extra pillows and a change of sheets they were denied. This hotel also advertises free breakfast. One morning the breakfast consisted of granola bars and nothing else. The staff was defensive when these things were brought to their attention.

Terrible service, cleanliness

Pros: Driver to the cruise ship was very nice.
Had arranged late checkin sinc we took a red eye from lax to Jacksonville. When we got to hotel no one was at desk, sign said helping another guest be right back. Waited 15 minutes, at 5:15am.... no one came. Checked employee lounge, tried service phone which rang busy. Finally after calling front desk from another phone and letting it ring 6 times someone answered and came out from room behind desk. We had arranged for a late checkout and even had the employee name on our confirmation, yet at 11 someone called to tell us we needed to check out. Did not get any sleep! The refrigerator in the room outside was so dirty my husband took pictures!

Crummy hotel

Made reservation 3 weeks before check in date. They cancelled my reservation on day of. At check in time. Left me stranded with a cruise the next day.

Great location

Pros: Location
For an extended stay america, this was well suited for our pre-cruise stay. Bed was extremely cmfortable. Krystina checked us in, very professional,helpful in making recommendations and had enthusiasm a company should recognize. Restaurants very close. Cruise port very close. No resort fees. Would stay again

they lie in the picture

Pros: none however the shuttle drivers were very nice
Cons: everything
Location: Thank god there are place we found some real breakfast.
This took 3 call and we got hold for 45 minutes before we can talk to someone for our shuttle bus to the hotel.The shower in bathroom is so weak and cold it took me 30 minutes to took a cold shower.The biggest lie was they said there is a free breakfast.All you going get are granola bars and coffee with no taste.

The breakfast is a lies

We try to call them in the airport for the shuttle to the hotel. They put us on hold for half hour +.My wife call them on her phone.They her on hold too.l Finally got though after 45 minutes .The ride come shortly. The driver was very nice (the driver took us to the port also very nice )When we got there try to take a shower. There weren't much water come out .It took me us30 minutes to finish our shower.One of the reason I booked this place because they said there is continental breakfast. The only thing they had are granola bar and coffee with no taste.The pictures on the website has a lot more than that. This is a fort.

Room cancelled due to over sale of forty rooms.

No notice from either hotel or Expedia that all room reservations thru Expedia for oversold rooms had been cancelled by Extended Stay. Thus while hotel staff was very helpful upon our arrival, we did not stay.

Incompetent receptionist

Cons: Training & supervision of receptionists.
Receptionist took 10 minutes to check me in. She left me for 5 minutes without explanation. In my room I found I could not use phone for long distance nor access hotel WiFi. I phoned receptionist - she said nothing wrong, inferring it must be my fault. Next day my room was not cleaned. Turns out receptionist had not logged me in properly to hotel computer system. I was not there, so far as the system was concerned!

Understaffed

The hotel was comfortable but not for the price I paid per night to me it should only be about $80 or less for that type of hotel . The staff was super friendly however not enough staff at the front desk took me 27min to check in but the young lady was very apologetic

Hotel close to shops and beach

I loved the location of this hotel. Near shops, one mile to the beach and nice staff. I rode the trolley to sightsee
