We had a great stay for the day before our cruise! Walked around, found restaurants and sat by the pool! Got a uber to the cruise port next day! Would stay there again

The room was not at all what I expected for the price. I expected a lot more and the restaurant inside we ordered two hamburgers, and it took over an hour for them to come to us and then we asked for the receipt at the same time they were good, but it was way too understaffed on there people working there.

Ok hotel for an overnight stay. We stayed for 3 nights for a work conference in the area. The front desk was very nice and helpful upon check in. The rooms on the road side are definitely noisy with road noise. It’s a main road and cars like to show off and rev engines. I was on the top floor road side and moved to a 2nd floor parking lot room and it was much better. The AC in the first room wouldn’t turn off and it was freezing and the AC in the second room wouldn’t keep up. The breakfast is overpriced at around $16 or $18, they had condiments missing, etc. Just too expensive for what it is. The elevators are slow and the stairs were not convenient. The bartender at the small bar was not very attentive. We left one time because he didn’t come over to us after 10 minutes sitting there. Overall it’s ok for a night but there are too many better options in the area. Average hotel at best.

Too expensive for what it is.
It is not good value for the price paid $560 for 2 nights in a struggling 3 star hotel. The room is very dated. Bedside lights not even identical color.

The regular check out is 11:00AM, we got to the hotel at 3:45PM, they told me the room was not ready. After calling room cleaning supervisor, we finally got our room. We asked the front desk about taxi fare from the airport to hotel, they responded they don’t know. When asked about shops and restaurants around the hotel, they told what the hotel offer and don’t know about other shops and restaurants. The stall wasn’t too friendly.

Poor staff treatment and dirty
The two ladies the desk 1/5/24 ignored us while we were at the desk. They were having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge us until they were done talking about personal business. We asked if there was shopping in the area and they said not that they knew of. Less than a quarter mile away we found shopping on our own. Very disappointed. The room was poorly cleaned and there was a roach in our bathroom. We will not stay at your facility again.

Other than the crazy expensive breakfast it was a great place to stay. We somehow missed the sign saying breakfast was an additional $15 it looks like all other hotel buffets. Definitely not worth $15 when there are much better options within walking distance. Room was nice and pillows were fantastic.

Have stayed here many times before and after the renovations. It is a few minutes to the cruise port and almost as close to the airport. CVS next-door and Whole foods across the street. Nate was on duty this time and last time and is a wonderful employee. He was very helpful and always cheerful. He is a great asset to the chain.

The staff was very friendly and had great suggestions and answers to our questions, especially Angelic! However there was no ice except getting it from the bar, the windows dont lock and it was very very noisy. We live 4 houses away from I95 and are accustomed to noise, but we had significant difficulty sleeping. They need to invest in new windows.

Crappy hotel
The floors, and bathroom was dirty. My husband woke up to bugs on his phone and him. Walked with socks on the floor and they were black.

Hotel is ok, but poor shuttle services.
Hotel stay was nice. Room was clean, and front desk was friendly. Unfortunately, the shuttle service experience was disappointing. Had to call front desk multiple times to ask when the shuttle will be at Airport to pick us up. The ride to hotel took only 10 minutes, but our wait at the airport was over 45 minutes, though promised pickup will be within 15-20 mins. Would have been less stress if we ubered to the hotel ourselves.

The rooms were very unkept. There was a bug dead in the corner behind my bathroom door (I think it was a roach). I also killed another huge bug in the bathroom (not a roach). The icing on the cake was when I asked for towels and they gave me a wash towel that had 5 to 6 short (possibly pubic hairs) on it. There was also a top from a shaver in the shower when I checked in, so, they likely never cleaned in there. I never complained because we only needed to stay one night. THANK GOD! This place was one of the most disgusting hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at.
