This facility was old with dirty room, broken fixtures in the bathroom. Air mechanics made knocking noise all night long. Floor was dirty...overall dirty and broken down facility.

Having stayed here last year, we returned because of the good location in regards to airport and cruise port. The disappointing item is that there are not any in room safes. Given travelers have a fair amount of items that need to be locked away, in room safes should be a requirement, not a luxury.

It’s an average okay hotel for 1 night stay before a cruise. The room was smelly like mold, beds were just ok, wifi was really bad. Breakfast was the best as a typical American breakfast offering eggs, fruits etc.

They were overbooked! After an hour in counter they gave me a room…. Soon I realized why they took for ever… they gave me a room that looked like it was not finished, extremely dirty, door wouldn’t closed, overall a bad experience. Only stayed because got there late and had an early morning flight out. Have ti say that after showing pics to manager she reimburse my money.

This place was old and musty, somehow the water didn’t work in most of the rooms “because of a city issue” We paid almost $400 for one night in this dingy room. Clearly, we paid for the location only (close to the port). Hotel Shuttle to the port for 5 of us was $75 - two Ubers were less than $25.
