Check-in was at 4:00pm!
We had 2 rooms for 3 days, and after the 2nd day, one room had no toilet paper, and it took 45 mins to get it sent to us from front desk (which couldn’t be reached by phone, so you had no option but to physically go see them). The other room had no more shower gel after 4 showers!
There was no room service every day, but we were not told that, so when we came back at 4:00pm after a day out, we had no clean towels. Once we asked for some, we revived one with a hole in it of about 3 inches by 3 inches!
The electronic key gate for the pool wasn’t working, so you had to walk all the way around to use the other door.
When I went in to use the washroom in the lobby upon our arrival, it was the dirtiest toilet area I have ever seen. One person had done his thing, but it was ALL OVER the toilet bowl, and the bowl was blocked with toilet paper. I had to go advise the front desk that there was an issue, and it clearly looked like the mess was there for a while, so obviously, staff does not regularly check the cleanliness of their facilities.
The bed was tremendously squeaky every time one moved. I thought it was only our beds, but in the lobby the next day, I heard a lady saying the same thing to what appeared to be a colleague.
The room door, which opens with an electronic card key, would take 3-4 tries before it finally opened. The coldest the air conditioning got was 70 (21.4 C), and this, only after 3 full days of having it on at the max setting (it was off)
