I apologize you did not have a pleasant stay at our hotel. I don't know what the problem you had with the wifi but I came in at Sunday at midnight and I saw your review. I immediately checked the wifi and logged right in. I checked the guest computer and the tablets at the front desk were working fine. We are having a problem with the phone system and we had a technician check it out Friday and he was unable to get everything working but the will be back this week to fix the problem. I am sorry you feel the management of the hotel is poor. I have worked 60 and 70 hours for the past three weeks. I took this weekend off and this the first two days I have had off in three weeks.

I apologize you did not have a pleasant experience when staying at our hotel. if you would have called the front desk we would have spoke to the guest in the room beside you to guiet down and watch the language. I am sorry whoever you told about the tape on the smoke detector didn't seem concerned. We take the guest covering the smoke detectors very seriously. We fine guest when catch them doing that. They do it when they smoke in the bathrooms to keep it from going off. Again my sincere apology for your unpleasant experience.

A careless housekeeper spilled a cleaning solution up and down two floors of the hotel. We had new carpet manufactured to replace the damaged carpet. We are trying to get the installers scheduled to replace the carpet the first full week of November.We appreciate your business and we hope you will visit us again so you can our new carpet.

Wonderful
It was wonderful. Everyone was nice and friendly. We had our four babies with us and they were fantastic with them. Evidently there must have been a fishing tournament at the lake and it was cool to see a lot of different boats. There were plenty of places nearby to eat. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a housekeeper spill a bottle of toilet bowl cleaner in the bottom of her cart and went up and down two floors spilling it all up and down the hallway on the second and third floor before she noticed what she had done. We have ordered new carpet and it should be arriving in the next couple of months.We appreciate your business and we hope you will visit us again. Hopefully we will have our hallway carpet replaced and te rest of our carpets shampooed.

We are changing our the broken equipment in our excercise room. We have ordered a new treadmill and we are doing away with the weight machine in favor of free weights. We hope to have this completed soon. The conference room is currently being used for storage du to our lack of space for storage at the hotel. We are working on a plan to remedy that as well. We would have been happy to move you to another room but we were sold out the whole weekend so we would not have been able to move you to a different room. The stay was not that good , room had an musty odor, bathtub was clogged, I told the front desk it was clogged and nothing was done about it. The floor wasn't vaccum nor the bathroom floor wasn't mopped. THE TOILET SEAT DIDN'T STAY UP WHEN I URINATED, SO I HAD SEAT DOWN TO URINATE..

I apologize you had a bad experience when staying at our hotel. I did unstop the drain as I said I did. The maintenance man checked it as soon as you left . The stopper was pushed down and that was why the water wasn't draining from the tub. I also adjusted the toilet seat when I went up and unclogged the drain. The lady that worked overnight was awesome but my key kept not working but she offered to get me another room but decline but she was super helpful and my kids slept on a dirty bed didn’t know til the next morning drove over 2 hours to see family won’t be staying again unless I change out everything myself

I apologize for the problem you encountered when staying at our hotel. We have our hotel treated by am exterminator to avoid any problem we should have with bugs of any type. The perimeter of the building is sprayed to prevent ants. It is very rare we have ants in a room. We had the exterminator all of our rooms on his recent visit and take action on any problem he found.Again my apology and we hope you will visit us again so we can have another chance to provide you with a pleasant stay!
