Worse than you can imagine.
Lobby area was filthy with food items and empty bags. Room phone jack was broken not working. Coffee pot missing and no items for coffee. Carpet and chair were filthy. Front desk staff not professional. Maids lounging near entrance to lobby. Would never stay here again and have advised others of the same. Too many items in disrepair to mention but I don’t believe this would meet Wyndham standards. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 24 years and I have never experienced such a mess prior to this stay.

Disgusting and unsafe
It was filthy, had bed bugs on the mattresses, rude customer service, there was a pimp and 5 hookers outside both the lobby and rooms that tried soliciting me and other guests, and we generally felt very unsafe being there. We ended up leaving and spending the night elsewhere. This hotel should be shut down.

Needs Renovation
The place needs to be renovated. I had no soap. I asked for non smoking the room it smelled of smoke.windows we’re filthy. Some of the lights were not working Me and a few others were trying to check out and there was no one at the front desk.

Could be worse....but
We waited in the lobby for 15mins to be able to check in, no one around. Once arrived, clerk couldn't locate the reservation by name, had to have the confirmation #. While legal in private setting, the marijuana smell from the courtyard was abundent. The property is hopefully undergoing renovations as the light switches were broken, first light didnt work, had to pin the curtains closed, no soap was provided & no i didnt ask for any. We saw & killed one roach on the wall before we left.

Unsatisfactory room rental.
I reserved a smoke free room, they didn't have one when we got there, so we took a smoking room it wasn't good. The sink and the tub didn't have a stopper. The carpet where it meets the bathroom floor was ripped up and wasn't clean. The ice machine was not working and the pool had no water in it. The building is old and needs to be cleaned up.

Disappointing Stay
The room cleanliness was very good but we were supposed to get free breakfast- restaurant was replaced with chinese buffet. Also the pool was not filled. Only 1 lamp in the room worked. The TV worked but only got one channel. Please update the hotel description so guests know what type of stay they will have.

I didn't like the fact that i paid for a king and received a double stating they didn't have any more king beds. Then to top it off they gave me another person's room. It was very disappointing and upsetting. The toilet was dirty it was a bad experience.

Hotels.com said breakfast was available at this motel, it's NOT. The room smelled like urine, the room was very grungy, and needs repair. The place has potential just run down. Spend the extra 30$ and go to Best Western.

The refrigerator was nasty. The toilet not clean properly, I went out bought cleaning supplies. I waited for 10mins to check in and check out no one came to the counter so I just left.

slow start decent finish
arrival was greeted by no front desk person for 20 min. us & 2 other guests waited and it wasn't till another waiting guest found the mgrs # that anyone came. Original room no hot water. However, she did quickly remedy that and got us newer room that was clean, newish & had hot water.

Upon arrival, my room key was ineffective. Also, when I attempted to run bath water, the water initially was BROWN and the tub was clogged. After contacting the front desk, we were moved to another room without a working HEATER/AC so we froze for the night because we refused to switch rooms for a second time. Luckily we only needed to rest for a few hours

We were the ONLY guests there. Night manager hosted a party right next door To us. Loud music ALL night long. Didn’t complain for fear our vehicles would be vandalised. It would have been safer and quieter to sleep in our car. Do not stay here. EVER! Days Inn should be ashamed of themselves.

This is not a clean or safe place to stay. It's cheap for a reason. Our room was absolutely disgusting. My fiance found a used tampon when he moved one of the bedside tables looking for an outlet. Spider webs everywhere, rust, a microwave that looks like it was once on fire, rust on everything metal, and a clogged shower drain. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper in our room. When we went to the front desk to ask for more, they asked if we needed it now. The towels are small, thin, and rough. One of the face towels was permanently stained brown. And there was a huge fight right outside our door one night. When we checked out, the night attendant was asleep on the couch in the lobby on top of her boyfriend. The whole stay was atrocious and I strongly discourage anyone from staying there. Unless you're on the run, hiding from the police, or in witness protection, this isn't a place for visiting.

This is a complete dump. There was half eaten pizza and napkins under bed. Bathroom floor and counters showed visible food stains, I hope it was food. There was brown smudge on toilet at handle, Gagging still about that. Tons of trash piled up at top and bottom of stairwells. If you are desperate, Keep driving!!!!

The rooms are in desperate need of an update. Cleanliness was poor and our first room had no heat so they gave us another one. Also, ice machine was not functioning! Do not recommend staying here!

This is a place that probably ‘was’ nice back in the day. Now, it’s barely adequate. A few of the rooms are literally abandoned. So much so, that we walked by quickly and glanced over hoping to find squatters. A bit scary even. The room itself was clean but most items either did not work (thermostat, for instance) or made to just get by (broken light switches). There were two TVs in the room. One in front of the other (covering it). Like if the one behind stopped working, they replaced it but never took away the bad one? Who knows!! I usually don’t expect much from places to ‘just spend the night’. Clean and safe are my priorities. But this was one of the worst I had in a while. Also there was no available breakfast because of Covid. But they conveniently omit that info on their website. Shame.

Nothing was as it was advertised
The room didn't have towels, wash clothes, or hand towels, toilet paper (this I discovered about midnight), no drink cups, coffee for the coffee maker nor condiments, and the coffee the attendant brought was the wrong kind for the maker. One of the reasons I chose this motel was the coffee maker. On top of that, I started having itching around my ankles around midnight and now they are swollen and very itchy. I'm hoping this will go away without a visit to the doctor.
