Esta es mi segunda vez aquí y debo decir que debes comprar sábanas ajustables para las camas tamaño king y tener un área que limite a los niños. Incluso en la piscina encima del restaurante italiano había tantos niños que no había ningún lugar tranquilo para disfrutar del sol.

Limited night bar scene but is more a local resort. Just snack bar and pool bar in the day and the front lobby bar at night which is good keeps the noise away from the main accommodation that over look the pool and ocean

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was ok just not much variety. The one thing I would like to see changed is that some staff and the entertainment would be able to communicate in English. The place is mostly locals so nobody has to talk English

This property is disgustingly filthy. The windows in our room were cracked with tape on them. The couches were stained with God knows what the globe was busted on the ceiling fan with wires hanging out. We reported this to expedia and of course, they come back and say it's on the resort and the resort says they won't refund because of policy. But Expedia is the one advertising on their website and it is not what they advertise. We even sent pictures of the broken windows and the filth and the stained couches too Expedia, and they are still trying to push off on the resort. And not refund me. We had to leave after the first night because of conditions and had to scramble last minute to find a place to stay the next 20 days. After sending pictures to Expedia, the guy on the phone even stated that we need to be moved immediately because it is a safety issue and Expedia is still refusing to refund..We tried to speak to the hotel about everything and they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about and got no help. They were very rude. BE AWARE, STAY AWAY. Also, the view from our window on one side was a field full of trash and transients. You could not eat the food, it had been sitting all day, even the breakfast first thing was cold and not edible. The bird poop is all over the tables and in the restaurant.

Staff was very friendly and room was always cleaned. Only complaint was the food was rarely hot. Luke warm at best. Good place to stay though.

This is a hotel that caters to Mexican families. Keep that it mind when booking. Definitely not the place for young couples! The staff is friendly but has limited knowledge of English so it would be good to know a little bit of basic Spanish if you plan on staying here. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The food was good (not gourmet) and the drinks were good as well. My only complaint was that there was very little hot water pressure (at least in our room).

I was not impressed with this property. The staff was helpful where they could be. Most do not speak English. The food was good but there is only one restaurant. The buffet gets pretty boring after a week. For a family of 5 I would choose a different resort. Could use a lot of updating.

i had booked 3 rooms for 5 nights for myself and two young adult children. We checked out after the first night. The deal-breaker was that there was no wifi in the rooms. I work remotely and this was a study break week for my children. How can a hotel in this day and age not provide wifi in the rooms? I booked with Expedia and have filed a complaint as the website should have made it abundantly clear about the lack of wifi. This is very misleading marketing. I am seeking a full refund. Other observations. The pool is small and more suited to toddlers. Not adults. The food selection at the buffet was terrible. All slop-type food. And we were informed that they served the same selection daily. Would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the grounds were after reading the reviews. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I knew that there was going to be language barriers and I was prepared. Loved our 2 weeks with them and would return.

Nice maid but no hot water. For breakfast omelettes were decent but the dinner was weird to say the least. The roof of the building really needs work so be prepared. I did t recognize anything on the dinner buffet seem to be food from MARS.

The resorts beach is full of rocks, the dining options are very limited and there he food is horrible. The hot water in the room only lasted 3-5 minutes and on the last day there was no water at all. I would not recommend or stay here ever again. Crowded and lots of kids. Don’t waste the money and I will ish there were negative stars to give. Even if a free stay was offered. I would have to decline.

Staff was incredible, music is loud poolside all day, grounds are very well kept. The Costa Club is mostly families and children having a great time. IF you dont like children this Resort is not for you! Have the cook make you a fresh omelet in the mornings-excellent! The rooms are older, but very clean.

Good choice of food, hotel price is worth it. Just most of the staff don’t speak english/ having a hard time understanding english, so it is hard to communicate and can miscommunicate. Had to pay for lost paper for the towel ($250 Mex dollar), but I had returned the towel. The aircon had some water leaking, but got fixed asap.

I can tell you that this was way better than we expected!! The staff is exceptional. We were treated to a special lunch on our last day because we couldn’t get into the restaurant. Eswin the manager is apparently new but I think he’s really turning the place around. The pools are clean as are the rooms. Simple but lovely. Thanks for a lovely time. We will be back.

Stayed in a suite. Property old. No TV in living room, no tv in second bedroom. No refrigerator, inside of drawers had nails, safe did not work. Called front desk for assistance and front desk hung up phone before I could finish. Television in bedroom: Video worked bud audio was lagging, could not hear what was being displayed. Pool service and food service was good. Will never recommend this location.

Run away from this dump!
Terrible hotel! Air con worked on occasion, the housekeeper knocked on door even though do mot disturb sign was up, hot water was limited to 5 minutes!!! They also play music all day long so if u need to rest, go elsewhere! Just go elsewhere!! This hotel is like a motel six with a staff who doesnt give two cents!!!!

Area surrounding hotel looked and smelled like a ghetto. Our air conditioning leaked and made noise keeping us up all night until they changed our room after 3 nights. We got food poisoning the 2nd day there from eating breakfast. Food was low quality. All around very low quality.
