Rooms were getting a bit dated. Resort is in nice shape. Nice amenities. Shower temp was a bit eradic.

Pros: Beach and pool
Cons: Hire honest people
Location: It was a about a mile to downtown area. Do need to be able to walk on rough walks.
We got upgraded when arrived. The rooms we got were remodeled. They were nice. The old tower is not. We felt very pressured by timeshare people. They greet you the minute you get there. We went to concierge of hotel we we thought was not connected to timeshare. She said she was not. She offered to help us with a scam we fell into at airport only to fall into another scam of there’s. We spent 4 hours at timeshare talk which was suppose to be 90 minutes. In end told us we did not qualify. End the end got nothing from then or hotel concierge. They kept saying would help us but went in circles. I would not go back to hotel because of that.

We had a large king room which was very nice. All rooms face the Bay of Banderas, so sight lines from the room are always nice. There are nice bars and restaurants at the Sheraton which we ate a couple of meals at. We were not staying all inclusive as we love to discover the food and restaurants around the city. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed.

Nice hotel on the beach

Pros: Location
Location: Close to shopping, restaurants and beach
Hotel was well kept and clean. It is located right on the beach and within walking distance of the Malecon and shopping. Would recommend it to a friend.

Amazing!

Everything about this resort was just perfect! From the service to the facility.. I don’t even know what could be the best part of our trip. We had an issue with our mini fridge and they were really quick about switching it out.. Anything we needed or asked for was given promptly..

Nice hotel but they play loud music until late.

This was my experience:( : 12 am and loud music playing right outside our room because of a wedding. 1 am music still going. I couldn't sleep and baby waking up all the time. I had to literally go to the lobby twice and beg the manager to do something about it. If you are looking for a family friendly hotel, don't stay here!!! It's absurd that management allows this to happen. Even after the music was off (1:30 am) people were loud around the pool area. If you are coming to Puerto Vallarta with your little ones, take this hotel off your list. The worst experience I have had so far. Extremely disappointing.

Great hotel for young people. Lots of activities

Lots of activities and drinking. The party went from 2-12. Lots of music and fun entertainment. The food was good but I would not recommend all inclusive as the food in town is so good and needs to be experienced. Not a place to relax.
