What an absolute experience with this establishment! Hotel was booked for more than a month in advance, called the day of the event and asked if we could check in early, which we were told we could, so we go out of our way to make sure we get the room. Upon arrival, we are told that we can’t actually check in until 4, which whoever told us that couldn’t be from here, must be the call center. So we asked if they could leave a note to let whoever at the counter know we wouldn’t check in until 11:30. Fast forward, event ends and we make our way back to the hotel to check in around 11:30. We are told that all rooms have been checked out, but they have one with no AC but we could us Meijer first ever box fans for the night. We get our fans plugged and and try to watch TV, guess what? The TV doesn’t even work. I would like some kind of refund or discount this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
