We stayed here for three nights. Our bed was very comfy, sheets were great, and the decor is stylish. Staff is thoughtful and attentive, and location is great.
Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Will definitely go back at some time in the near future.
Very nice hotel and the location is perfect .. near To the undeeground and shops around it in addition to lots of cute Resturants and cafes. During our stay, the scaffolding came down, revealing a beautifully refreshed exterior. We were very pleased with the location, just a long block away from the Queen's Gate entrance to Hyde Park.We had 2 rooms on bookend weekends. The 1st was just fantastic: spacious, elegant decor, 2 closets. We ...
The hotel is conveniently located close to the museum row. And Harrods. The closest subway Station is So Kensington on the Piccadilly Line. The check in staff is helpful and the decor is eclectic to say the least. Main issue is the room size. Our room was 8' X 10.
Positive; Very cool boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Negative: The room wasn't so clean. Found a dirty napkin on the floor. Carpet had stains. Also the wifi was very slow.
Staying at the Cranley is like stepping back in time. You're in for the charm and experience of a bouquet hotel. I loved the little details of the charming hotel but I was not totally happy with my long-term stay. I stayed at the Cranley for about two weeks. Before coming to the hotel, I read reviews ...
The location on this hotel is great! It is across the street from a tube station on a line that takes you to many of the popular tourist sights. It is also surrounded by lots of restaurants. The room was very clean and the King size bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great but a bit pricy if ...
I would recommend this hotel highly. It was a very pleasant surprise and centrally located. the lobby is beautiful. The bar is great and the food in the restaurant is some of the best I've had in London. I've stayed at many much more expensive hotels in London but this was truly the best I've experienced ...
The overall impression is one of being well catered for. All the staff were courteous and efficient. The hotel is clean and obviously luxurious. It's has the best soundproofing ever. No noise from traffic at all. The bed, pillows and linen were as comfortable as at home and the turndown service was ...
The hotel was wonderful, staff great and rooms excellent, especially of the size in London- was no shoebox! Stayed in queens Gate room. The breaky was good of your short on time but if your looking for anything hot, go for a short walk. Had a nice jet system in shower and we had a baby so it was ...
Stayed at the hotel indigo kensington for 8 nights. Stayed I a large executive room with breakfast. 2 minute walk to earls court tube. Breakfast was great and the service was excellent as was room service. Really great hotel. Stop at the fullers pub at the corner for a nightcap, beautiful pub!
The staff at Sydney Hotel were excellent in all ways. They made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel is two blocks from South Kensington Subway station and there are many good restaurants in close walking distance. The hotel is in a residential area that is very attractive. This is a small hotel with ...
Very good hotel close to the underground station. Great breakfast, complementary glass of Prosecco during happy hour...nice little touches. Street side rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but the second time I stayed I had a room on the inside--no view--but was very quiet.
Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, quiet with very helpful staff. Be aware there are steps and staircase to lower level but staff (Pablo) very helpful in lifting luggage down the stairs
I stayed at the HHH before and knew what to expect. I booked the single room. It is super small, but very comfortable (if you are not a very big person) and has everything you need. It is clean and practical. The only improvement that could be done is the pressure for the shower, and maybe the breakfast. ...
The staff were welcoming when we arrived. The bath was not as clean as it could have been, but when we mentioned it they cleaned it for us. Comfortable pillows and duvet. Fair seized room for London. Would stay again.
Staff were super helpful. Room was lovely and breakfast was good. Super close to station and had a device in room we could take with us to make calls, google and use maps.
