This hotel was excellent. We were close to the tube station, groceries ,restaurants and many of the sights were within walking distance or could be travelled easily to by taking the tube. The breakfast was well worth the money so if you can add it on to your booking its much cheaper that way. We fully ...

The staff at the Kensington cannot do enough to help you. The breakfast was superb and the atmosphere at this hotel is relaxed.
Though still under construction, but no noises while we are in the hotel. I liked the location, but my room was clean and comfortable. Good value.
I will now and always check in this hotel. Everything is great.
Top notch in all ways! The staff was gracious, housekeeping was perfect, wonderful breakfast and afternoon tea. It is located across the street from Victoria and Albert museum and a few blocks from the South Kensington Station.

Everything as expected. Good, not great or great not excellent.
When we arrived the room we expected (view) was not available because of a bachelorette party but we were moved upstairs from the basement (which was still a nice room) the next day. For our trouble we got a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Great enthusiastic staff who were quick to address any ...

It was very welcoming, the room was a generous twin. Staff was very professional and friendly. Very well located, right in the heart of South Kensington. Buses, tube and taxis all right outside the hotel. Plus natural history museum was stone through away. Will be staying there again.

Rydges team does the best they can with what they have but the rooms absolutely need updating. The hotel has nice breakfast and an incredibly convinient location close to the tube. The rooms however are very small and the furniture, walls and bathrooms (and carpets) need to be changed.

Our 2 day break was all too short because of the wonderful staff at Indigo
The hotel is central and well connected to the rest of the city. It's definitely clean, and the host is very nice and fully helpful. The neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants, and absolutely safe in every hour.
The hotel has a very good location - is very close to Earl's Court station - which was perfect for me. The only downside is that train tracks go past the hotel and if your room is on that side, it is a bit noisy. But if you are a hard sleeper it's fine. I was not bothered at all.
Superb location both in proximity of tube station and in loveliness/convenience of neighborhood. Great staff. Beautifully decorated hotel in public spaces especially. Lots of extras here like “Handy” smart phone with free data and long distance calls, free mini bar, morning paper. Size of rooms is ...

Rooms are neat and clean, staff was good and cooperative. They provide coffee and Croissant as breakfast without any charges. The only issue is bathroom is pretty small, but you can manage as they clean them daily and change towels daily. If you got it at good price, go for it.

We originally booked the Penthouse studio, but we were contacted by the management to say that the lift was out of order, and would we be happy to stay in a 1 bed exec apartment instead. Disappointed not to be on the 6th floor with terrace, as the weather was glorious, but the apartment was lovely ...
It was a nice stay with the room being hot as it was freezing outside. The bathroom was quite small especially the sink/toilet location was awkward. However, this is just a minor thing and for the price I paid it was a really great value.
Our only bad comment would be that the room was very hot but they supplied a large freestanding cool air machine which worked but was very loud so could not leave on for long. Excellent location a few minutes walk to the shops trains buses etc.
We enjoyed every single day that we were at the Harrington Hall Hotel. There were many good shops and restaurants a few minutes away, and it was very easy to get to the other parts of London, either by bus or the Underground. We did lots of exploring in the six days that we were there, and we felt ...
