Nothing fancy but clean and good location

Stayed in hotel for two days in a standard room. No microwave in the room, but had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a beach.

Great location, clean modern rooms.

Great location with upgraded rooms. Only down side is that there is no sound proofing between rooms. But other than that it was a great place to stay. Close to all the activities you will want to do. Including access to a nice beach.

Love this hotel. Staff AMAZING & best beds ever. When in Tahoe always try to stay here. Great location

Not so very special weekend

We arrived at 10 pm (hence the late check in) to a note on the wall providing a # to call and check in. I informed them I had a reservation and provided my name, confirmation number and still they could not find me. Asked that I call the 3rd party reservation after 10 minutes of calling Expedia I decided to call the lobby again. They finally found my name, we get in the room and the AC was not working, we wake up and the T.V. Had no signal...we paid over $250 for a bed and shower!? How disappointing! Last time my family and I stay here.

Nice hotel and just love that it is dog friendly!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: At check in locate pet area on map for customer.
Location: The location was close to everything. I spent most of my time at Kiva beach for dogs.
Room was very clean and bed was so comfortable. I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this for others especially with pets. I would stay here again but would ask for a ground floor level as the stairs were difficult for my 12 year old golden. Thanks 3 Peaks!

Comfortable and Convenient

Enjoyed the location, the apartment itself. Didn't have a chance to use the Pool and spa but it looked ve3ry welcoming.

Good location but overpriced for value

This is neither a resort nor a beach club, it is a basic motel in a good location. PROS: Rooms were clean and seemed to be recently updated, beds were comfortable. CONS: Room had only two towels for 4 people and could not get extra pillows. Overall we felt it was a bit overpriced for the value.

I agree not having more then 2 towels is no good for 4 people. we do always have extras for the guest for future stay. we hope to see you back again
