Decent place for the rate. Heated pool & spa available late night and early morning. Not enough towels for swimming pool.

Sent 2 mssgs to hotel and did not get any response. Spoke with front ofc mgr Isaac on the phone a week before arrival to confirm special requests made at time of booking, but recd non-committal response. Upon check in, was asked for ID&CC card which property made copies of, and also asked to sign an agreement which the inn did NOT want to furnish copies for the customer as requested. Nick assured us that we will receive receipts with this info upon check out and NONE was issued. We were also given exactly the opposite of requests made for 3 bookings (!) ground floor, facing traffic, & placed near electric rooms. Front office management, and staff can work on being more friendly to promote guest service which we found quite lacking. We also had to call in daily to ensure that rooms were serviced as they skipped cleaning on first day..
