"Spacious suite with all the necessary things available. The breakfast buffet was a great option, made it very convenient for us. Elevators are a little slow and old that caused us some concern but overall, really good service and great location with market and restaurants closeby. Beach and lake was also easily accessible"

"It’s a quaint and quiet location. Parking can be a little bit of a mess but there was at least 1-2 spots open even if you come back later in the night. There’s no staff in the area reception which was a bit different but getting the access code to the rooms was easy (via text) checking out was easy but a bit conflicting from what the sign on the door says compared to the text option. If you want the rooms to be made you have to place a sign that they offer on the door to let housekeepering know you want your room made up again. The rooms were stocked up extra towels, toilet paper etc. it didn’t lack the necessities. The WiFi was spotty when I got it work but I didn’t spend too much time in my room. It’s close to the casinos about 10-15min walk. There was no swimming pool/hot tub and beach access you have to pay for so depending on the time of the year you plan on visiting keep that in mind. Not a bad place to stay but for the price I paid and the amenities weren’t there unlike other places. Getting in and out of there was easy unlike other hotels and resorts in SLT. It wasn’t a bad choice for last minute."

"Convenient location with casinos and Heavenly shops. Parking is kind of tight and limited all day. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator which was a little bit of a struggle for my mom. Other than that we liked this location."

"I checked in an hour early because my room was ready. The room was very clean and it smelled of pinesol strongly. I love the layout of the room. I had room 304. The room and the whole vicinity is a bit outdated, especially the carpet and faucets etc. but everything was working. They only had decaf coffee in the room and I was not happy about that. Other than that, my family enjoyed the pool and hot tub at night. The ac unit doesn't work but you can just leave the windows open since it's cold outside. I would come here again, walking distance from Heavenly Village."

"What a fun hotel in Tahoe for families! There are daily activities for kids, a playground, and free popcorn and DVDs to borrow in the lobby. The grounds are covered in flowers and there is plenty of parking. The room we were in had a sofa bed and a queen bed, along with a pretty extensive kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower--essentially a studio apartment. We can't wait to stay here again someday!"
