Very run down for the price beds were squeaky big mirror almost fell on our heads in the bathroom very disappointing

Nice hotel close to heavenly village

We stayed here for a day. It's very close to snow tubing, snowmobile spots and heavenly village(within 2 miles). Breakfast was good. It's difficult to find a parking spot due to limited number of parkings. They have community kitchen.

Cheap place to stay but not good

The staff is super nice. Breakfast is okay. Room dirty shower curtains had blood stain. Heater was super loud. Bed hard as a rock.

Bad experience

Terrible experience with willingness to accommodate a mistake in booking. Staff not friendly. I mistakenly booked a date, called immediately to change but got cold response and even contempt. The room was uncomfortably small. Half a regular size, with the doors connecting the halves closed, and each sold as a separate room. In all. Everything hospitality business shouldn't be about.

Affordable Room

Pros: Fast check-in
Cons: Room cleanliness, hotel toiletries
Location: The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and other sports activities.
The hotel staffs seemed professional; however, the room itself wasn't. It was a water spot on the nightstand, and there was "hair" on the bed sheet. I had no idea if they actually changed the bed sheet at all. The closet door was stuck because of the nightstand was in front of it, so I couldn't put my luggage in there; not to mention the room was small already. Besides the cleanliness of the room, the toiletries were not up to hotel standard (there was neither body lotion nor hair conditioner).

Room looks old and definiely needs some upgrades. The carpet does not seem very clean. The office looks nice, and breakfast is good.

Outdated, need room renovation. Receptionist not so friendly, but housekeeping & in charge on buffet breakfast was great.
