This property is conveniently located and you could walk to Whole foods or dive to Safeway (2mins drive). Last day our bathroom decided to go out but glad we were checking out that day. Overall, I would come back and stay here. Thia time will request room bldg 5 and room on 1st floor facing lake/parking area.

We have stayed here several times and it is almost always our go to. Great location, awesome fire pits, views to die for, and dedicated beach front to play on. Only complaint was that the beds were too hard. Otherwise 10/10 for the price point. Thank you and see you again soon!

Loved our stay - it is an old hotel that has been nicely redone. 7’ ceilings and yes the walls and floors are thin. They won’t guarantee any type of lake view until your room is actually ready and assigned to you. So, if you check in early, it may or may not help. We checked in at noon but our room wasn’t ready till almost 5. We had one of the quirky rooms where they took two hotel rooms and connected them by a circular staircase. It was novel and fun. Bed was super comfortable and kitchenette was nice.

We booked the 1BR w/Kichenette. It was spacious w/2bathrooms and has everything we needed. Clean and bldg 2 was the most recently updated property. Jessica at the front desk was nice and friendly.

The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The smaller hot tub was dirty with no net to clean it, otherwise i would have done it. Please consider allowing dogs. I have a small 35 lbs doggie and he’s clean and respectful. Unlike most people!!

They charged resort fee and city assessment fee in addition for booking which extra fee was $100 for two night stay. They did not charge it and they charged after I left the facility which is weird. I just stayed in another place a month ago and did not pay anythings in another resort.

Sorry but this is not accurate. The guest paid the Expedia group the full amount and they were not charged anything additional. The guest simply had a 100 security hold on their credit card, as all guests do, which falls off automatically after the room is inspected. This is listed on the main page of the listing."FeesYou'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:Breakage deposit: USD 100.00 per stay"

This hotel has a nice location, but the buildings are so old and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people beside you, above you, and in the hallways at all hours. The building manager, Rusty, is very gruff and rude about extra pool towels, refunds for cancellations that are within the window (but due to a third party's delays did not make the window) and she is gruff about helping with any complaints about the rooms, etc. In addition, she is patronizing and calls you sarcastically by your name as she rudely replies to your question. Would not recommend or stay here again after losing sleep to noise, having any questions or requests shot down in a condescending tone, and having to run the gauntlet to find any extra pool towels.

Absolutely loved this property. It's not to big where you feel like a number and has a lot of amenities. The firepits and heated pool were awesome. I left my watch at the hot tub and Gwenn at the front desk was able to help me get it back. Excellent service. Love this place, will only stay here now.

Our room was great. Love the pool, hot tub, fire pits and view of the lake. The front desk service, however, was pretty bad--inpatient and unwelcoming.

Everything was good. They should add paid early check in option to reduce wait time. Otherwise rooms were clean, kitchenette was good and had big balcony. However getting lake front requires early booking like 6 months.

was a beautiful room next to the lake. Liked having the kitchenette with a toaster oven and convection microwave for making meals. Plates and utensils included. Friendly staff.

The view was incredible. The hot tub and pool were the main priority for me and they were both great. The sauna in the gym didn't work unfortunately and the pull out bed/couch was broken so there ended up only being one sleeping area, even when I paid for two. The property was good though!
