“We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything met or exceeded our expectations. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel appreciated as guests. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but the staff made the entire experience easy……

“It was ok. Definitely an older property that may be due for updates. Noticeable carpet stain, broken lamp shade, and just looked older.”

“The pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The door key would malfunction every other time it was used. Room was clean. Staff could be friendlier.”

“I think the addition of a guest safety measure is needed. Room key access is not needed to access the elevator. Anyone can walk in the hotel and have instant access to the floors. The bathtub in our room (210) did not drain well. Standing in water up to your ankles while taking a shower was not something that I liked.”

“Breakfast could have been better. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay.”

“This hotel DOES NOT have an elevator, yet apparently all of their king bedrooms are on the second floor. This obviously poses a problem for people like me that just had knee surgery and are walking with a cane and do not navigate stairs easily. Nowhere in the Expedia listing did I find where it said there was NO elevator. Needless to say, when I arrived late Friday evening to discover this, I was not pleased. Nor was I pleased at 15 minutes AFTER MIDNIGHT to hear what sounded like a leaf blower……
