"Perfectly located! We got here using the Tube stop only 100 yards from the hotel! Waterloo train station is easy to walk to and we were close enough to walk to the London Eye-Westminster-Big Ben area as well. Several coffee shops and restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. "

The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! "First the good things. The flat was clean. And we had the pleasant surprise of having an extra bathroom. Now the less good. The quality of the apartment was nowhere near the expected one. We realize that we were not going to get the exact apartment as that seen in the pictures. However, the expectation was that the apartment we get would be of similar quality. That was not the case, as what we got felt older, smaller, less sunny. More importantly, certain things did not work well. Only one of 6...

"This apartment was terrible. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged, it had an awful smell. We found objects from previous stays. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway"
